Celtic's main tactics are to dive. Martin O'Neil is the one who started all this shite with them...ever since then they;ve still done it Long ball up the field...back into defender...turn, dive.... always the same...

if you watch it back..the contact was made outside the box. he took a couple of steps and dived.

I think the problem with rangers is our midfield and wing-backs. Nothing to do with the strikers. Id stick Boyd and Naismith up front every game, if we had the players from midfield and the wingbacks providing the strikers with chances like they should be doing.

Exactly. I totally agree. And all this..."We should sell Papac in the summer" stuff... Why?? He's been a perfectly good player for us. Why not kee him? If not in the first team...still as a backup...

to be honest...i'd play buffel just behind boyd up front... with ferguson, hemdani, mcculloch and novo in midfield... he actually chases the ball a lot and is great at getting in behind the defence and running at them... i really hope he plays.

Apparently Stevie Smith will be ready to play in the cup final. Would you put him straight into the team or keep Papac at left back just now? I think Papac has been a bit of an unsung hero for us this season really. He's reverted to left-back rather well, and its the manager's fault that he's still playing there really. We should have brought in a left back over the january window. Although Smith would give more of an attacking presence and a bit of pace on the left, Papac has kept a cool head at left back...so i dont know if i would send Smith straight into the team... whats your views?

My favourite goal has to be Trevor Sinclair's spectacular overhead kick in 1997... I know theres goals out there like Seedorf's, Ibrahimovic's, Roberto Carlos'....but this is just simply immense! Add a video of it if you can too...

Pah, oh dear. Are you kidding me? Goram is in the top 3 keepers ive ever seen with Schmeichel and Buffon. The best save ive ever seen was Gorams save from a van Hoojidonk volley about 6 yards.. this is the only video i could find...rubbish quality though...

For me, the best player ever to pull on a rangers jersey. Rangers vs Hearts, cup final 1996. Laudrup and Durie tore them apart with a hatrick from Durie and a double and 3 assists from Laudrup. What a match. Poor Gilles Rousset though hahaha...

I totally agree. With himself and Stevie Smith due back, i think our team will definetly feel the benefit.

I agree with some of your points on lee but Kevin Thomson has been an integral part in our team this season and is definitely missed at the moment, the days of the top class players are gone, we have to watch who we buy and granted sometimes the SPL player root isnt the best but im sure we will get some quality players in next season Pfft how did you guess it was me? Yeah i do agree that Thomson has been a great player for us. I was just referring to him as an example. I really hate how every season...Rangers or Celtic are always linked with the best player in the other SPL teams. We should be bringing in players from Europe and the Premiership....not Dundee Utd's best player, or Hibs youngsters. We have the Scouts we need to be scouring europe for players, but do we...no. We go after players that perform well against celtic in the champions league or UEFA cup too. Theres been so many in the past years that its just become a joke. We need to inject some flair back into our side, a bit of pace up front and down the wings. Yet on the left we have Papac and McCulloch. WHat happaned to the days when we had players like Robertson, Brown, Numan on the left? Walter needs to sort it out in the summer, and im pretty sure he will get rid of a lot of players.

I have to say i totally disagree. I think he's one of the few Rangers players that actually plays for his jersey. Every week he doesnt stop running as long as he's on the park. He DOES win most of his ariel challenges. And contributes some good assists. Its Walter Smith's rubbish tactics that have our team looking bad. Glasgow Rangers should never be playing 1 player in attack in ANY game. Look at out team in the 90s. You'd never have seen us playing 1 up front. We need to stop signing players like Whittaker and Thomson from the SPL and go back to the days where we'd sign top class players. These would be paid for by the money we'd get from actually making it into the last 16 in the Champs League...
