  1. I don't think we ever seen RDB at his full potential, where as I believe that Dean is as good, if not better than RDB during his stint at Ibrox.
  2. It's very well documented that European teams have a morning and afternoon training session. One physical and fitness training, one technical and tactics training.
  3. Why has my hours of work/study got anything to do with you?
  4. I'm taking a picture of it, in punaramic view!
  5. It's all down to the players. Not these idiots who think it's the manager and coaching staff's fault.
  6. You can't just do whatever you want though...
  7. I said if YOU are shit at something that you need or want to be good at, you practice to be better. I pay for a £396 season ticket, I am titled to moan about the team if I feel they aren't playing well enough.
  8. Paying £396 for a season ticket, I have the right to moan if I feel the team isn't playing to a high enough standard. They aren't. So, try harder. Train harder.
  9. It wasn't me that said to add an hour onto training sessions to be fair. Personally, I'd have them at Auchenhowie till half 4 every day. Training doesn't have to consist of pure physical work, as I said. Talking tactics, looking at videos etc helps your game. I don't want out team to have the mentality that they should train till they are good enough to beat who we are playing against. I want them to train till each player in our team is playing to the best of their ability. That is the benchmark, and that is what each player should want to achieve. It's the same in any job, no matter what position you hold. You want to be the best. You want to work to your highest standards, that's how you get noticed and that's how you get promoted or a wage-rise.
  10. Really? World-class players stay behind after every training session and practice more. If the Rangers players had that mentality, surely I would have seen them on one of my trips to Auchenhowie? Oh, 1 player trains outwith training. Well done, 1 rep for you. What do you do when you are shit at something that you have to be good at? You practice more to up your game. Why should it be any different with our players? You are one of the guys on this board that just wants to be controversial with everything you say, just to get an argument going. I have noticed it since you joined the board. I'm not going to waste my time with you.
  11. Do you think the likes of Scholes, Ronaldo, Pirlo, Totti, Inzaghi etc were told to stay behind and practice on their individual games? No. they did it themselves, because they wanted to. We don't have enough players that do this. I wouldn't even have Black in my team. Hutton and MacLeod would be in there for me. Its up to the players, manager and coaches to get it sorted. You cant just lay the blame on some of them. When it comes to individuals staying on, that's their choice only. I'd like to see more of it.
  12. As I have previously stated, I have watched training on numerous occasions. They have all been out the door as soon as lunch is finished. Every single player should be staying behind given our current performances. Anyone who states otherwise, is an idiot.
  13. The best teams in the world train longer than us. There's a reason that they are all far better players. They work harder for it. If you put in the hours, you notice improvements. The mentality of some posters on here is absolutely ridiculous. Most of you are too scared to speak against the team in case you get called a tim. Open your bloody eyes and look at how shite some of our performances have been. They aren't working hard enough for it, clearly.
  14. Fleck's parents should have kept him working hard considering Rangers got them a house in Knightswood to "Keep him out of trouble".
