yeah i agree. Even when we got rid of Boumsong, Hutton, Cuellar, we were making a lot of profit on those deals but with Boyd?? 1 million probably! What is the point in even selling him? Freeing up 8k a week on wages? gimme a break

scored a couple of important goals this season but is infuriating to say the least, positionally guff and too often loses his bearings and makes a stupid tackle. He'll do for now but once we have injuries out the way he should be back out the team.

First of all, the performance today was pretty atrocious but we got a point.
We were missing Bougherra, Miller, Mendes, Thomson, Beasley and Novo got injured as well. 3 of them at least would have been definite starters today and if that had been the case i think we could have won it.
Considerin we had a depleted team out there i think a point has to be viewed as a great result.
There wasnt many surprises today tho, I thought Lafferty, Whittaker, Broadfoot, Papac would all have bad games and they did. Especially Lafferty who was meant to be doing millers job. We missed miller today BIG time!
The sooner we get these injuries, suspensions, ACON out the way the better. But we played the 2nd best team in scotland today with a weak squad and got a result.
Thats why we're champions.

1) Shit defending for letting McDonald in

2) Great block on Caldwell's header from about 5 yards out, from a Robson free kick.
3) Great feet and patience to win the corner for the goal.
So he has made a positive contribution, no?

Tbh a think the key is gettin the defence right, our attacking midfielders and strikers will create chances against that piss celtic backline.
Dont know if physically Wilson could cope with samaras or fortune, I think we could see the same CB pairing as last old firm, Weir and Papac with smith LB and Broadfoot RB.

Stop comparing him to Shearer, Lafferty is no goal scoring machine, he's scored the odd decent goal, but so has Whittaker, McCulloch, Weir, Papac.

Time is quickly running out for Lafferty. Everyone is losing any faith they had in him and i dont blame them. He just doesnt have IT, he cant do the basics, his heading is among the worst ive seen. He takes a massive run up and misses the ball thats coming for him. He jumps around 2 inches off the deck. His crossing as well, he is dung.
And to think when people wanted to sell Boyd they were asked the question...Who will replace him?? Lafferty, they replied.
your telling me shearer had all that when he was at newcastle ???? all shearer knew was where the target was exactly what i think lafferty is capable of if given a steady run up front believe me he no winger midfielder he a out and out goal scorer like boydy.

Boydys second was a fuckin topper. Weaver didnt move till it was by him, Albertz type power by Boyd. Last nite was all about Kris Boyd, Rangers LEGEND.

Just seen the miller incident on SSN and it was never a red card. both players tangled up and dods made the most of miller moving around. didnt touch him so i would be shocked if rangers didnt appeal. Has anyone heard if Smith has said anythin about it yet? WE need miller for sunday.

first of all 7-1 was an excellent result...BUT...sunday is a bigger game when EVERYONE will have to be at the top of their game. Lafferty is god awful, his performance tonight was the last straw. A total waste of a jersey. I'd play anyone, even putting big lee at LM and novo at RM to stop him playing.

Boyd and Miller are in the form of their life. 26 goals between them and Boyd is chasing down defenders and also holding up play allowing miller to use his pace to full effect. Fuck knows what was said after that Aberdeen game but its worked a treat.

Boyd will break the record, theres absolutely no doubt about it. If he does it at the tattiedome it would be amazing but tbh I would be ecstatic just to get the 3 points. They are there for the taking.
