Lies were the first sign that Mr Whyte was not all that he seemed.
At the time everybody tried to find plausible explanations for the lies, i.e to hoodwink hmrc, genuine error, etc, etc.
We all said it would never, ever happen again.
Here we are only months later repeating the same mistakes.

Rumours abound that USADA have been covering failed Floyd Mayweather drug tests.
Floyd has been using USADA since accusing Pac of roiding. No failed tests have been made public.
Meanwhile rival testing company VADA have detected and made public L.Peterson and A.Berto. Scuppering both respective fights.
Goldenboy are moving to USADA.

Hopkins, Eubank , Collins, RJJ > Bute, Taylor, Johnson
Eubank was well past it, Jones was shot to pieces didn't fight Collins. Joes best wins were v Hopkins and Kessler.,
Froch has beaten prime Bute, Dirrell, Abraham, Pascal. Add Johnson and I thought he beat Kessler.
Dirrell was iffy, but I don't think the rest of the CV's are even close.

The big problem for HMRC is setting a precedent. If Rangers get away with it then so can the other clubs. Also historically speaking they don't do CVAs.
This is a big worry that people are ignoring tbh.

I think world titles are worthless to the extent that winning one doesn't actually mean you're the best fighter in the division, but the belts do create fights and they give fighters bigger pay days and more opportunities.
Winning a world title doesn't signify anything, nothing. The rankings are a sham and they consistently pander to the bigger names, bending and making rules as they go.
They make the SFA look holier than thou.
You are right though, the casual fan is naturally more attracted to a "world title fight", which in itself is also damaging to the sport given the variance in quality on show at these apparent World championship fights.

I could be wrong on this, but I think the problem is that Whyte used the Ticketus money only to prove he had funds to invest, but he bought the 85% share for £1. He doesn't want to sell them for £1, he wants to ransom the club for as much as he can get.
Ticketus have to chase him if they can't get the money off us. But they'll try us first.
I think... It's a tangled web, to say the least.
No, he used the ticketus money to clear the 18m which we owed Lloyds, and instead we now owe him that cash.

Surely the Ticketus money was paid to Whyte and then Whyte purchased the club?? Your boss doesn't own your house because the wages he pays you are used to pay your mortgage
The complication here is that ticketus didn't just give Whyte a loan of money, Whyte sold them our St's. Tying both if them to us.
The issues seem to be:
1. How could Whyte have the right to sell our tickets before he was the owner.
2. Why then would the club be liable to two factions for, essentially, the same money. i.e we owe Whyte for clearing Lloyds debt and we owe Ticketus for the money he used to clear that debt.
I've yet to hear a logical explanation which covers these two points.

You don't lie if you've nothing to hide, he has already stated he's here to make money, I think we can all accept that.
However things can get far more serious than that once our properties are at risk.
If his intentions are as stated, make money & help the club in the process, answers need not be difficult to keep honest.
Every inconsistency must be questioned and explained, that is our duty.
