With the very limited information available i would go with the Singapore Consortium, partly because of the size of their pot, but also i think it's time for a fresh approach with ambition and vision. Failing that then the Germans could potentially be a decent option, i say potentially as there is scant information on them. The Americans would be 3rd, but depends on their long term vision, and mustn't include liquidation. The Blue Knights would be my backstop, and would provide stability; but i'm hoping for so much more than that. All in all, seems like a good set of options for the administrators to consider.
