  1. it was a bit of a joke but really a season more might be in bad taste.
  2. being a fan of Davie Weir and the amount he has given to the club, I would ask him respectively to step aside. Davie, your contribition will never be forgotten, but enough is enough. Slow is slow but at the end of the day your holding us back. Thank You and good night.
  3. Its 2011 friends and whats tradition is back in the last century. We are and still will be a prod team but in this day and age we have to look at the way we are percieved. I for one think its embarresing to put on the text tv and be told that we hate catholics.Rangers is not just a football team its an institution which in any walk of life should give a positive feeling. Rangers is a club that is loved worldwide, lets keep it that way.
  4. talking about paranoid. I´m sitting in Århus posting this and obviously i´m not in Denmark.
  5. Your not allowed to come from Denmark and have an opinion? Rangers is an international club son.
  6. Does it really matter about how many posts youve got? I love Rangers and I would like to think that people on here think the same. I wont my son to grow up knowing there is a club in 30 years time so he can pass it on and it has fuck all to do with religion.
  7. because of sectarian chanting are they not worth losing? Without getting on a high horse its not really on is it? An example is that I went to one of my first Rangers matches in 1977 against West Brom and they had Tony Cunningham and Cyril Regis playing and the monkey noises were out of order. I was 8 and had to ask my father what that was all about. Our club has a great tradition of being fair minded and although it goes against our mindset, I think it would be best for everyone if we would think before opening their mouths. Your allowed to think it but if it gets us it trouble?
  8. the weaver is a given on Paul Weller. A chelsea fan supposedly. Like his music which is British and proud.
  9. oh and being sorry about the Wylde thread I started that someone pointed me to. He is not a player, rejected from Cel22b-. and his father pushed him along to Rangers. That worries me. celtic boys club come on.
  10. Århus mate. A few scottish guys here but there mostly on the other side.
  11. I dont think that anyone needs to justify their selves but anyway ask me a quick question about Rangers endever to answer it. No questions please about Sandy Clark (give my left arm to play for Rangers) pure shite but a tryer, Dave McKinnon who is on Rangers TV the whole time (try and stand on your feet son the next time you kick the ball) or your favourite and mines Davie McPherson big storky´´ who did actually go on to better things.
  12. not trying to defend myself here on being a tim but I had a rover season ticket for a few years in the early 80s and did occasionally sit in the Broamloan. If you dont know it ask yer da.
  13. makes a comment on basically anything which doesnt toe the party line, get totally written off as an imposter, a tim or if there is worse, even worse. We talk about the manky mob being paranoid. Its an internet forum FFS and surely everyone has a right to an opinion. Those without 20000 posts may A. have a life B. newly found this forum or C feel strongly enough that enough is enough in the way that the club is run that they feel they must comment. I´m sure theres a few tims that have nothing more in their sad lives and fuck knows where they got the computer from, to spam this site but its got to be open for all either that it will not be worth reading. The internet is a good thing, it lets us talk to people that we dont know and voice an opinion and it lets a bear who lives abroad bring up his son in the right way through Rangers TV live matches, looking forward to our next time we´re at Ibrox. Let people have their say or turn this in to a chat room.
  14. according to The Scotsman or was it The Herald, David Murray is the man to thank. Supposedly Robert Maxwell was about to take over the club when our Gaurdian Angel Murray deemed that at threat. He took over Rangers for the good of the Gers community and saved us forever from sharks that wont just just make a quick buck. Frying pan, fire, pot, kettle spring to mind.
  15. first touch awareness enjoyment and so on. Playing for a club like Rangers that means everything, this must be real.
  16. It was never a snide on Wylde, maybe the topic should have been better but our staff should be coaching the boys a wee bit better.
  17. its a bad joke if you dont see it. And its a serious joke if you think Im Declan.
  18. Not really a player. Just watched the match on Rangers TV as I live in Denmark and was working but sorry in the games hes played its always go outside son use your pace. Man If I was a defender I would know it. Not blaming the boy but if thats Murray Park come on. We missed Weiss who doesnt come from Murray Park. The problem with Rangers right now is that we dont have enough football players and the coaching staff dont seem to want them to be it. The sad thing about it all was that Dundee Utd had a team of young boys out there that seemed to have a better touch on the ball. Confidence is all and its probably easier to play for a club where expectations are not as high but TBH Hutton doesnt seem to have ball control either.
  19. talks a good game. Slow and unlikely.
  20. according to the Danish press his treatment is ongoing but hes taking it like the trooper he always was. BTW theres loads of players here in Denmark that would see Rangers as a step up.
  21. would like to tell fellow bears that Brian is alive and well and still a Ger.Hes working for TV3 over here in Denmark covering the Champions League matches and fighting our corner against his fellow host Preben Elkjær who slags Rangers no end. Hes been in and out of hospital but hes keeping his end up as you say and is positive as always. An inspiration for all.
