Has Scottish football really deteriorated to the point that attempting a double flick is considered disrespectful?! The media reaction to a bit of skill from a young player is embarrassing quite frankly.
Why would anyone get upset or even annoyed about what other fans sing? When someone is trying to wind you up, the best defence is not to get wound up. The best possible "rebuttal" will hopefully be delivered by our players on the pitch.
To be brutally honest - our PR was shocking in the last few years under Murray. We got slated in the press left right and centre. The years of "dignified silence". So which PR agency were we paying for such a demonstrable failure?
If the DR were into neutral investigative journalism that had the interests of Scottish football at heart - they could have warned us about Whyte before the takeover. They didn't. As I recall, the media portrayed him as a business wizz kid and turnaround specialist with "wealth off the radar". So KJs article caries no weight whatsoever.
As much as they like to boast about their revalations on Whyte, I don't recall them being very quick to come out with them. They had plenty of time before the takeover to uncover certain details, and yet they didn't. One wonders why.
It seems a bit of a pointless thread tbh. Of the board are unhappy with Ally's signings or performance, then why don't they just grow a pair and sack him? Why would he need to be told anything through the media ("very publicly")? Surely his spending is all sanctioned by the board. So what is there to worry about?
Well......I'm hardly going to ask you if you are "The Rangers" fan am I.And I don't need to repeat myself to folk who spend hours of their time on a football forum claiming "impeccable sources" yet doesn't want to answer if they're a fan or not. Definitely don't need to get into conversations about being "frightened". Why would I or anyone else on here be frightened on any topic?
