  1. This statement should be sent to Rangers, It's not just the police and stewards it's Rangers aswell announcing over the tannoy telling people to sit down.

How would they feel if all they fans never bothered giving them money?

All this does is encourage the moany bastards behind me to complain about "those standing up , ruining it for everyone, because we're really selfish". I felt like turning to the fuck nuggets and screaming in their faces in a 300 style, "selfish, THIS IS IBROX" but decided against it due to the current climate of the Gestapo, sorry, stewards trying to stamp out any sort of atmosphere at the games, plus wasn't sure if it would be deemed offensive/racist/sectarian or all three. So when he asked me to sit down, I just said "Nut" in the style of the NEDS from still game and carried on watching the game.

  2. What made me laugh with big Kyle today was just before he got taken off, having just burst down the leftwing, he was absolutely hanging out his arse, huffing and puffing. Reminded me of myself when I used to play, but at the start of a match, not near the end.

  3. The football in the SPL is so bad that any striker with half a shred of ability should beable to score goals when given half a chance, especially one playing for us.

O'Connor, who couldnt buy a goal in England, is scoring for fun this year and in recent years guys like Dargo, Higdon, Kyle, Rooney have all been regular scorers despite having limited ability.

Any player with a half decent reputation who comes up here and struggles just doesn't have their head in the right place or they simply don't deserve the hype or reputation that has been heaped upon them.

(tu) best statement I've read this week.

  4. Not wanting to repeat what others have already said, but it just goes to show what having a bit of confidence does for his game, plus not having Jig in there beside him seems to be helping too.

I too was one of the many fans who was getting on the lads back after the first few games this season, but am now happy to hold my hands up and say Mo's turned the corner and is now putting in the type of performance we all want to see.

This may seem like a crazy notion, but I dont want any Rangers player to play poorly, we just need to give them our full support.

  5. I was in Govan Front 6 last night and it sounded like most of the stadium was booing when the lads were getting ejected last night. Plus the noise the Copland made when the banners were unfurled was pretty decent aswell, certainly made me aware of what was going on and I joined in the applause.

  6. That article there, only adds to questions I have had in the old noggin for the past few months. If RFC exposed a loophole, a loophole which wasn't legally closed until after we'd used it...how can we be expected to pay? What am I misunderstanding?

Working for a readymix concrete firm, it's like my business manager giving a customer a low price by mistake, the concrete is delivered, then 8 years later the mistake is found and the customer is asked/told/ordered to cough up the rest? Ok, not a great example, but that's how it seems in my wee brain.

This is along the same lines of what I was thinking, although now I'm thinking that as a nation, the UK is flat broke and it wouldn't surprise me if the Government put pressure on the Judges to reverse earlier rulings in order to recoup some much needed money.

Not that I'm paranoid or anything!

  7. If/when we win, I wont laud Murray for saving us millions, because he still put us millions in debt with all the other transfers and OTT wages. I wont slag him off till the cows come home either, because he still needs to be remembered as the man in charge that brought us 9IAR.

Bain, on the other hand, is an odius little scum bag of the highest order, spouting his "Rangers man" pish, then trying to get his pound of flesh cause he got the boot under the new owners. I hope he is enternally unhappy, with little or no friends/money for the rest of his days. I say friend/money as I get the impression he counts both as the same thing! Prick!

  8. The Govan Front is buzzin' on matchday.

    Flares,everycunt standing.... buzzin' :broadfoot:

You must be on the wind up with that statement?

THATS WHERE I SIT GOVAN FRONT THE ATMOSHPERE IS SHITE EXCEPT 1 NUTTER NEXT TO ME LOL

This is more like the Govan Front match day experience for me too!

  9. I've never been a fan of lafferty, but, I'm not going to start blaming him for last night. He should never have been in the squad for the game, due to him still recovering from injury/trying to find fitness. The blame for last night rests solely with the management team, for team selection and tactics. It's been said a hundred times by plenty of others, but why is McCoist the only person who cant seen that McCulloch and Edu together in the middle doesn't work and Ortiz cant function properly on the left?

  10. When Whittaker and Broadfoot signed, I gave the pair of them the benefit of the doubt and time to prove they are worthy of pulling on the jersey. Alas, the pair of them have proved time and time again they are shite and should not get near the first team again. Whittaker has always infuriated me, might put in a little run of good performances but always does something to get my blood boiling, even if its going to ground too easy instead of putting in a solid challenge.

Hell, I've just destroyed a Twinkie for my lunch that put up a better defensive effort than that pair combined!

  11. I booked my ticket last week, found out when I arrived in work today that I'm on keys, so wont be able to leave work until until 1730 tomorrow night (hour and a half drive to ibrox). Even if i do find someone else to lock up for me, announced on website that military can get in for free (if I'm willing to go to game in uniform!)

  12. Morning Bears

This is my first thread/post, so go gentle.

What would people like to face when we get through to the CL group stages, a group that we have a realistic chance of progressing from or a group that contains the likes of Barca so we can be entertained by some of the worlds best players!
