    Membership scheme launched

    It still asks me to 'join' when I log in using my Rangers number and password, despite me being a founder member already.

    I am having the same issue, i have just sent off a little email to membership@rangers.co.uk.(waiting on reply!)

    I thought it was due to not being listed within the system, but like many others today i received actual notification being a Founding Member due to Renewed my SeasonTicket for the coming season.

    Season Ticket Holders

    Adult and Junior season ticket holders will automatically be enrolled into Club Membership for Season 2014/15 and receive a complimentary gift pack as well as all the exclusive Club Membership benefits.

    To allow you to access all your Membership Benefits you require your Membership Number (Rangers Number for Season Ticket Holders) and a password.

    This is the new website - http://fansboard.rangers.co.uk/ (But currently when i use my own information to sign in it is informing me to purchase a membership. i thought the club may not have added all the current season ticket holders into the system yet!

    But i am under the impression that current Season Ticket Holders, do not need to-do anything and the appropriate information will be sent out to you!

    Candidates for CFOO

    How long does it take to appoint a CFOO. Announced as important in the Review back in (April?) - months ago. New season just around the corner but maybe the thinking is the post does not need to be filled until there is some certainty of promotion. And so the speculation goes on.

    But wait.

    No finance director either. So that job must be being done by one of the existing Board members. No new commercial manager / team either (another Review announcement but not yet filled or at least no announcement of it being filled). But most importantly of all - still no chief scout or scouting network. Has all of the focus on ST sales meant that the money has gone into signing players so that the Manager has the biggest possible pool of affordable players at his disposal to deliver promotion (in effect the Board giving him - and the squad - no excuses)? And so the Club does without the other jobs being filled until promotion is won? Or do these posts and that future scouting development all now depend on what money the Board raises in the Autumn as (again) it announced it would do back in the days of the Review.

    Unless I've missed it, its all gone quiet on these Review fronts.

    Mr.Phillip Nash was originally brought in to assist Wallace during the review, but it does appear that he may have possibly taken on more responsibility and he may be heading up the overhaul of our Commercial department and he did replace Stockbridge when he was let go by the club, doing more of the day to day things. - Mr.Phillip Nash has been involved with Liverpool/Arsenal in the past.

    If people are to believed Wallace has been interviewing people for the roles which was mentioned within the review, Nerlinger for Director of Football, but sadly for whatever reason that did not materialize.

    I would imagine Scouting etc would come under the Director of Football responsibility to assist with the setup. These things will not be created overnight and will take time...

    The club are attempting to increase revenues with changed pricing for the new season/ Club Membership etc

    Anyone who has a clear vision for the future of our footballing needs for our club. Cause it is apparent McCoist is only looking at the short term i.e First Team.

    But i am wondering who is going to heading up the new Commercial department trying to bring in new deals ( look at some of the top clubs in the world and they are associated with many companies.)

    Rangers have personally really lacked in this area for a number of years, the 32Red sponsorship was a good move - taking away the link up with them across the city and is quite a well-known brand.

    We all know Philip Nash is currently involved with us and he seemed to do good things for Liverpool whilst he was around.

    Puffin free web browser app will let you watch it on the iPad I can watch every game on it.

    I am shocked Rangers/RangersTV do not have a dedicated application for IOS/Android. - Should not need to-do a workaround for this! in my view.

    Rangers really need to improve the layout of Rangers TV, i really do find it complicated to browse. but i doubt that is something on thier agenda to-do a complete overhaul of RangersTV.

    Streaming quality is top notch, Just the presentation of the actual website could somewhat be improved.

    You would think the official page would have changed the sponsor from Blackthorn to Red32, no fuckin wonder they have been slow in announcing Boydies signing, :)

    The Blackthorn sponsorship deal does not officially run out, until the end of June, So i would expect these things to be changed on the 1st July.

    But i also remember Wallace saying that the club was working with a company to overhaul the website. (Not sure what the status of that is though.)

    Nerlinger as Director of Football?

    Nerlinger will be responsible for setting up a lot of the currently lacking aspects in regards to to the Football side - Scouting would be just one of many aspects he would be responsible for.But we need to remember that this is not actually official yet, although some news outlets are reporting that he has already held talks with Graham Wallace and is due to meet him again in the next week or so..

    This shows that the board well from the outside are looking to the medium/long term vision for the club, which is promising...

    Warrior appears to have deep pockets..

    At least Warrior would makeunique designs each season - although i have not really been impressed with some of designs, they have used for Liverpool...

    Motherwell & Macron have two different options for their shirts - Elite Slim Fit - £60.00 & Regular Fit - £40.00

    Are Puma about to go down the same way with these Player issue & Regular shirts?

    Hopefully the new kit gets announced in the coming weeks i.e Late May with a June Launch...

    Will be the same as last year with the Third Strip being out before the Home. (Seems to be the way Puma like doing it,)

    I personally imagine we will end up following the same templates as Arsenal...

    Season Ticket Renewals

    I plan on renewing my Season Ticket this week at the Ticket Office.

    I have not received any forms, so is it just a case to take my season ticket card into the Ticket Office and request to re-new.?

    I had previously paid for my Season ticket using credit card, not Zebra finance.

    1500 as of last Friday. Just over 2000 as it stands today.

    People obviously do not understand, what might happen if they actually are withholding for this trust.

    McCoist has given Wallace his backing now - Season Ticket Sales will end up going through the roof!

    Question - How would i go about making a Bank Transfer for my own Season Ticket...

    I cannot find the correct Account name using RBS Online Backing... ( One stated on website is Rangers FC - Direct Ticket A/C - I can find an account called Rangers FC)

    We should made these decisions when Green/Mather was CEO.

    We finally have someone doing this... should of cut our cloth accordingly whilst in the lower leagues.

    I always remember Green saying he did not want to cut staff, due to it would end up costing more to replace them when we are in the higher divisions. (Which is apparent that this was the wrong decision.)

    Interesting to see the announcement of two new positions - Notice how they are not actually Directors which would cost more money having a title like that... (I would imagine)

    I would imagine Phillip Nash would just be moved into the Commercial position.

    Not sure who Wallace etc would have in mind to oversee the football side, which no doubt would worry McCoist. - Which may for all we know just be a short term appointment, just to get that side in order.
