I applaud him, hes a young man that was unemployed and had to do if best to get back into football. He was given an oportunity at ibrox and took it (whilst risking his own cash), because of his own self belief and hard work it paid off and he imo was our best player last season. How many other 23 year olds would have done this.

As at the moment a boycott of the Utd game is likely. I was thinking could Green considering opening up Ibrox for the game. Back when we were competing in the Uefa cup final I was to young to travel down to Manchester and I very much enjoyed going to Ibrox to watch the final on the big tv screen. If the game is televised and as the game is not till Feb, we would have enough time to get policing, and a screen organised. As Gers would miss out on finances, as we would get half the ticket money, We could A) Make entry free to show unity between Gers fan. B) Charge entry at half the ticket price C) Full price ticket, but give half the money to charity

If you read my post you would see that i said im bored of seeing gers play JUST 1 time a week. I mean bubble bursting on terms of the other teams wont match us now that they all played us once.

Starting to get bored now with only seeing Gers play once a week. Seeing now as we only have the league and Scottish cup to play for I would love to see some friendlies played at ibrox in the new year. I think now the bubble has burst with gers being in the third divison and now I cant see us dropping many points against our oponents. If we beat Elgin, win our game in hand and they drop a few more points the league could potentialy be over by the start of January. The rest of the season would be pretty boring espicaly if worst come to worst we do get knocked out of the cuo (personaly I think we can do well when the likes of temps returns but just saying) Im not expecting us to get the likes of barca or madrid coming but it be good to just see us play against somewhat quality opponents. Nice to play against the yanks or teams from all over the world

Sandazza was off form towards the end of last season but I have no doubt he will score for fun in div 3. As for kevin kyle got to admit I did not want him he has got to be one of the most injury probe players in recent years. Hopefully see a good blend of youth and experience for the season,buzzing for the night

Glad to here this, he is a decent big defendr. After the brechin game I was annoyed with some of the fans wanting him to leave after calling others a disgrace for doing so. At the end of the day he in his 30 kids will go to a decent school here and will be on a decent wage and no the lanuage I think. Problem is I don't see how rangers are able to pay the wages that the likes of Carlos himself Alexander and Wallace are on.

Agreed. A draw was a good result gave us another half an hour for players to gel and get fit. Like you said we only played 180 mins of pre season football. No matter what team you are that is not enough. more than happy with the result and performance (bar the goal conceded)

Can anyone tell me what the deal is with the keeper. I heard dj say on the fans phone in Feb that rangers are paying him 12k a week. He's a good keeper but can we realy afford this wage. Don't get me wrong I like the guy and would like him to stay but likewise to Wallace bedoya and kirk how can we pay wages for these players. Also I thought his contract expired in June did he sign another or was he still contracted cheers

Last year gers attempted to enter the Indian market by taking 2 players from the country on trial. We never heard anything about these 2 boys cause the troubles were beginning. Tbh I can't imagine many Indian players would be that good to play in the spl (even though its terrible). I can't name 1 single good Indian footballer ever. However with us Likly to be in div 1 their must be 1 or 2 players that could do a job there. Hopefully this would lead to gaining an Indian audience. I'm no marketer (even though I do have a marketing degree) but makes sence in paper to me. Take a few ok Indian player coach and train could have some kerkar like guys attracting a large audience
