Relating to the signing ban. Alright we are banned from signing players from Sept 1st until 31st August 2013 then back to normal.As with everyone else I immediately presume no further signings until Jan 14. Not so I don't believe because my understanding of the transfer window is that clubs can still sign out of contract players who have been released by clubs.right or wrong? Thoughts?
