Why would Rangers need to liquidate for them to be able to sue Whyte?

I thought the opposite, and that the judge was saying he wouldn't provide guidance, because it might influence a court case if Ticketus were to sue someone for either the tickets or the return of the money. No legal expertise here, but that's what I first thought when I saw it.

Rangers have a good history of involvement with other sports, with the likes of the Ibrox Sports Days, and with players involvement in other sports right from day one. It would be a great way for Rangers to reach out to more youngsters to have a wider range associated with the club.
