Hugh Adam did a lot for Rangers, but like many of the old guard I think he is bitter at the way he was treated by the club. It's hardly surprising. Even old turnstile operators who were Rangers to the core have spit in anger to me, about the way Rangers started to treat loyal employees of the club. However, even 10 years ago Adam was predicting bankruptcy for RFC, so maybe then was the time we should have been listening to him.

I doubt it will happen any time soon. The next renaming of a stand is likely to be with a sponsor's name, and that would be a lot harder for them to get away with if a legend's name was on a stand.
