  1. Any of these players leaving sign for english or foreign clubs, would we be entitled to compensation? How much would it cost for us to challenge it legally? How long would it take? If he is right, i wouldnt welcome any of the walkers back. In fact, the way the have left us (not even letting the newco get a fee) then i would not ALLOW them back into the stadium, when we get through this.
  2. This post made me realise, they will never beat us. They can take away our league place, players can walk, hell, even if we don't play a game next year, WE ARE THE PEOPLE, their inferiority of us drives them to want to hurt us, but that desire only makes us stronger! R.T.I.D
  3. If we go to division 1 - which i think will happen, i would like to see us go for the likes of Paul Dixon and Ian Black. even for a season or two.
  4. Jig will make himself a legend, and earn a coaching role or something should he stay. Little/Healy i think are out of contract, but again, i hope they stay, especially healy, his experience and know how would be useful in the lower leagues.
  5. Aluko was good last season, but i am not fussed he is gone. Whittikar was earning to mutch for what he provided, another one i am not fussed about. Naismith was one of the heart of our team, but again, i dont blame him for wanting some certainty in his future. Lafferty, didnt do enough when it mattered. Not fussed. Davis, McGregor, Boca, Goian. I wouldnt blame any of them for leaving at the points they are at in their career. McCabe is the one that has annoyed me the most. He is at an age where if he was playing in Division 1 (or even 3 if it happens) wouldnt be too much of a downgrade for him, and he could have used it as a springboard to be out main midfielder for years to come, when we get back into the SPL. The older players may need to go - salaries, international recognition etc will all play apart. But for me, Wylde and McCabe have been the biggest let downs so far. I hope other young players (Adam, Heggarty, Perry, Ness, Fleck & Hemmings etc) all stay to form the core of the team that WILL win what ever leage we are in next season!
  6. this is getting embaressing, airing dirty linen in public. The admin have a legal responsaability to get the best deal for the creditors, TBK have never provided the best deal. There is serious money in the group and if they are serious then they find out how much it will take to do a deal and do it. I think they know HMRC wont do a CVA and they are posturing using the names of Walter and Graeme to raise their public support. I remain to be convinced. (Although the alternatives leave a lot to be desired).
  7. He has got to have a plan. He didnt just wake up today and say, i think i lodge papers to go into administration. I must be part of the grander scheme. He is a venture capitalist, he will have done this several times before. In my head, he wants to make money out of us, of course he does, but to do this he has to put us in a firm financial footing. I expect a lot of pain over the next few weeks and months, but i also expect us to come out strong on the other side WATP
  8. Last season, wylde gave us a shot in the arm, at just the right time. I had hoped Fleck, Ness or Hutton would do the same this season in the title run in, but with them all being loaned out, it appears that we would rather try and bring in a free transfer to boost the team. This can work (Aluko) but is a risk if the player we sign hasnt played in a while.
