It would be absolutley amazing that if we were liquidated he actually came walzing back into Glasgow and gave the £18million he'd get to a Supporters group or whoever looked like starting up a newco and revealed he knew that we would be liquidated and done all this to get a £18million head start. Whyte took over us using Ticket us money to pay off Lloyds, but he secured that money against the Club so that when(as he thought/thinks) we are liquidated he will get £18million, he also seems to have stuck £6million in his tail off the Ticketus money. The only reason he never paid PAYE is because he thought the tax case was going to end before the end of 2011 and we'd have been liquidated. He would have fucked off with £20million imo or more and would never have been heard of again. Leaving who knows what kind of mess. His plans have unravelled and crumbled with the delay in the tax case and that HMRC now want the PAYE. So in a weird set of circumstances HMRC of all people have actually allowed us to save the Club, although they could still do the dirty and allow Wanker Whyte to get his hands on our cash. We are all fed up mate but we cannot fanny about and wallow in self pity. Remember, We are the People.
