  1. Why is it such a fuckup sending out tickets nowadays?

So I can only collect my ticket from the 8th, the next home game till then is the fucking 23rd and the game is the 17th. I live through in the east and haven't signed up for the £7 special delivery in time. So do I have to drive through to the TO to collect my tickets?

What a complete clusterfuck backwater Scottish football is, it's a mess of a shite

If you're going to be a WUM, you should have said you'd been given complimentary corporate hospitality tickets via Greg ya dafty :D

How is this for a sob story, my son and I are on CCS and have got tickets for nearly every away game plus the Peterhead and Celtic games and only one we could go to was Killie away as we are always working:541:

    RM

That makes no sense at all, I'm not on the away scheme, just semis/finals and got mines. I'd expect you to get a ticket before me

  4. I take it it's just normal special delivery costs if you want your ticket mailed to you?

Not like £25 extra to the SFA

edit: I forgot how much special fucking delivery was, cunts though I'm not sure who I'm calling cunts

Should you wish your ticket to be held for collection please do not respond to this email, please email ccardmandate@rangers.co.uk before close of business on Wednesday 29 March; thereafter all tickets will be posted out by Special Delivery at a cost of £7.00. Should you choose to collect your ticket please bring your smartcard(s) as proof of ID.

I'm sorry if this doesn't sit right with people but if you didn't tick the boxes at the start - whatever way the rest of the tickets are allocated then IMO no-one deserves one any more than anyone else. The criteria is there for the rest to have had this chance (be a full season ticket holder) ... that's not the worst way of doing things

Don't think you need to say sorry, like you say, it's well known what you need to do to (almost) guarantee semi and final tickets

Like others say I reckon @Gaz52 is after a sob story ticket hunt :D

Many came on here and shit on this idea when it was first aired.  I'm glad the club has come out and helped explain to everyone, including myself, why this is a great idea (tu)

I was sceptical about it too but that interview is something that probably should have been done a few weeks ago to highlight exactly why this is the right thing to do with the RFFF. I guess that interview is a direct response to some of that feeling.

This topic should probably also be posted in the boardroom :D

What encourages me about Warburton, amongst other things, is that he certainly isn't in football for the money, by his own admission he is VERY comfortable in that area of life, so I keep hoping that his plans are very much long term at Rangers, 7-10 years. He is the first Rangers manager for donkeys years that we really cannot afford to lose. Personally I do think he will be here long term, as I believe we are in the first steps of embarking on another legendary period in our clubs history, not only domestically, but in Europe as well. It's wonderful to be in on the journey, can't fucking wait tbh.

Without trying to go off topic to your post, he won't be here 7-10 years.

The turnaround in fortunes isn't solely down to MW, nor DW. The club have already said that the ethos of the footballing side has been completely transformed from top to bottom. I'm more than confident if and when he does leave we won't be changing our approach to football.

Saw a bheggar getting floored at Wembley when he started booing GSTQ. :mutley: was fuckin funny.

I went to the 0-2 game at hampden in 88 on a hibs bus wearing my Rangers top, a few strange looks. In the Rangers end and peter pointer came on and I joined in with the booing of that useless cunt.

    I am STAUNCH

Don't remember any of that, the HITC site is full of shite though isn't it?

In the summer Rangers were looking for a new manager after Stuart McCall had failed to take the club back to the Scottish Premiership after replacing Ally McCoist.

Plenty of names were linked with the role at Ibrox, including that of former Manchester United coach and Fulham manager Rene Meulensteen.

The Dutchman was out of work after being sacked by Fulham in February 2014 and the Rangers job was certainly an opportunity he would have relished.

Speaking to ELF Voetbal this week Meulensteen admitted he would have loved to have gotten the Rangers job, believing there was a good project at the club:

"That seemed like an awfully nice challenge. A club with a rich history.

"The story sounded good. I would have been there to build something, but the club opted for Mark Warburton with club icon David Weir as an assistant. Very sorry."

In all respect to Meulensteen, Rangers fans will no doubt be pleased that the Scottish Championship side did indeed opt with Warburton and Weir.

The pair are leading Rangers to the Scottish Championship title and are also in the Scottish Cup semi-final against Old Firm rivals Celtic - so things are certainly going well under the current management team.

  10. The last few games not in the squad, is he injured as I hadn't seen anything on the official site.

This isn't a thread to discuss his merits (though personally I think he slows down our midfield and thought we shouldn't renew the loan deal), I'm just wondering if the reason he's not playing is because of form or if it's injury/fitness related.

I love the fact the club are now using social media properly. This type of technology has been about for a while but it's great to see us using it. You can see how accurate Forrester's shot was by focussing in on the angle.

I think it was the QOTS game recently and I watched the crowds reaction more than the goal :D

So did I and it feels like the whole of RM is rubbing it in going by the joy in all their posts.:(

Not trying to rub it in but I can't decide if it was actually the best football we've played this season or just very close to it

    :D
