  1. Nicky Law is a very talented and aware footballer who had his confidence totally sapped by playing in a team managed by incompetents.

Posters who refused to see this in the past should now be suitably embarrassed.

But hey hoe, it's Xmas and we now have a reborn faith in our team so onwards and yupwards.

(The Kenny Miller abusers today please take note. Kenny did his job today, harrying and harrasing their defence and midfield whenever they broke)

Whilst I agree with most of that, last season I saw him hiding in games. Maybe it's just the way he plays but in a good few games at ibrox he'd take up positions where it was difficult for him to receive a pass.

This year I've believed for a while we miss the balance he brings to the team compared to Zelalem, long may it continue because he likes to get forward and has goals in him.

  2. All I want is for the support to keep behind the team, no matter what happens. I'll take any victory, but I'm hoping were due a performance to put down a marker.

I'm pretty certain the stadium is going to be bouncing tomorrow before the game, hopefully like you say, we'll put in a good performance and put these middens back in their box.

Really looking forward to tomorrow, might even take go to my seat more than 5 mins before the game starts :)

  3. this definitely happened unfortunately. I also saw with my own eyes some scumbag running up to a 100 year old Morton fan, push his head towards his arse and fart in his face. utterly utterly shocking.

    #MadeUpSevcoStories

Did you not see the roaster that turned into lucifer himself and smited a poor morton 2 month old, kicking her into dust and shouting no surrender?

It was at that point I realised the 2 columns of stewards on each row were up against it

  4. The results this season are extremely good. Right now, MW cannot do too much to vary the personnel because the first team is rather lean. Why not give him (And the team) some time to continue to jell and allow MW to address the roster in January before folks start to act pedantic in the stands? The record this season has been extremely good. Teams have adjusted after their first time getting spanked and its up to MW to bring in a few different players to tweak things to give a few different looks the third time around.

I don't think folks are acting "pedantic" in the stands. I said a good few weeks ago now there's something missing from our play down the flanks as compared to the start of the season.

Not sure what it is but there were always 2 players available to take a pass, lots of wee triangles of play meaning opportunities to open up the oppositions defence. When Tav is up front now there's very little support around him, he was on his own a lot yesterday. The same goes for Wallace.

  5. Get behind the team ffs

All this contstructive criticism isn't allowed

Without doubt there is some deserved criticism of recent performances and I think everyone is aware it's a brand new team with only a couple of month experience.

I didn't really hear any "moany bastards" near me yesterday but I actually jamp up and shouted "fkin useless c*nts" when they scored their second. It's not like me as I'm usually pretty quiet at most games but you could see that goal coming. There was a calamitous period when in defence we kept giving the ball to them. MW also mentioned the slack passing.

I also didn't hear anyone shouting "lump it up the park". What supporters are seeing is a lot of possession in the final third with very little cutting edge, there's a predictability about it at the moment which I think is just down to a patch of bad form.

MW will know that and the team will know it but I think it's fair for supporters at the game to criticize

  6. Away ye go Waghorn is a class act.

There's a few players in our team I feel is over-rated (Holt, McKay and Halliday IMO) but the return from Waghorn has been fantastic. All different types of goals and a skillfull player too.

I do also think he misses a few sitters but he's got 20 goals in total this season and it's only mid-December - I honestly don't know what you expect.

We need another striker in Jan, a top class one, but that's to support and give him a hand - not replace him.

Agree with most of that, apart from Holt, he didn't play well today but he's been one of our best players this season.

Waghorn isn't an out an out striker and that's proved by his goal ratio prior to us as well as the number of chances he misses for us.

I think he'd do well with another partner

  7. You can see anything you want, I've told you that already. All you had to do was ask. But, you in your nasty little mind, thought it would be a good idea to insinuate others are up to no good.

Those people will put you right soon.

Playing devil's advocate here but the same accusations are made against countless other Rangers supporters but don't get the same treatment.

It's a strange thing internet forums, people get so upset/furious/outraged at others

  8. Both we and Mr Warburton are going to have to get used to this. The reality is that MW is one of the best things to happen to our club in a long time, it goes without saying that many in the media will take no satisfaction from us having a great Manager (particularly right now) and they will not hesitate in trying to unsettle him and us coupled with wishful thinking on their part. He will be linked with every job that comes up (from Liverpool to Fulham) no doubt. He has to get used to dealing with that, the speculation only lingers if he doesn't firmly close it down. The magic hat will struggle to find a bigger fan of his work than I however I am not sure he has asserted himself quickly enough around this. From the outset he can kill it dead with clear, strong words and for a man very gifted in speaking I am not sure he did that. He is clearly thoughtful about respecting all however that respect should always be weighted towards us and the club.

John Gilligan mentioned something at the AGM "we also take a strong stand against those who are unfair to club".

I'd guess this is the time to do something about it. I'd also think MW will now fully realise how much the rest of Scotland hates us.

  9. Never...!

There are quite a few threads on the same subject. Maybe a single EBT thread is needed?

Or maybe contribute to a thread that is specifically about this quote?

Seems like you're trying to counter todays statement by providing a counterexample. Are you saying we should be stripped of titles, or that we did cheat because what King said 3 years ago admitted that?
