  1. 500 Rangers supporters there, are you demeaning them all because of your own agenda?

Face up to it, you have an agenda

Do you know who organised the night?

Do you also know that he's been pimping Novo out for fans nights for months and is mates with him?

Do you know what side of the fence this person sits?

    It all adds up

And he doesn't speak for a majority - a majority in that room full of lap dogs and plants perhaps aye

  2. I had a search and couldn't find anything, I've been working late and just listening in to the youtube videos

Surely everyone has to agree there needs to be unity of some sort right now, everyone is crying out for this. Nacho even said it.

The second part seemed very focussed on this, the fact there are so many "groups", I won't name any but we need to stop the bitching due to certain groups views against each other, it's never going to help us, it's only going to divide us and leave us floundering...

At some point we need to all agree the board of directors we've had since the IPO has been an utter disgrace as well as our financials.

Forget the group infighting, if we can't unify on the important facts right now, we never will and we'll never recover and have influence over the club.

  3. I'm not really sure what else to say to that, BDO are one of the largest accountancy firms in the world. If they say this is a complex process and needs forensic examination, I'll believe them long before I believe you telling me the bidding process didn't take long so the liquidation process shouldn't either.

BDO are more than qualified to make these statements, our insipid media isn't and no one in our support is either

I've received that documentation as well. My point is that I find it hard to believe that BDO haven't managed to check out the admin process at least. In fact, I would assert that they have most probably looked into that by now. If not then they should be replaced. The bidding process itself didn't last very long therefore examining the process should be even quicker.

  4. Here's the report, which you'll have received too if you were a shareholder

    http://static.bdo.uk...22_May_2013.pdf

The legalities will (or will not) happen later

This is a complex liquidation containing a number of key areas of investigation, each of which

may have a significant impact on the ultimate outcome for creditors. However, due to the

highly sensitive nature of certain aspects of these investigations, we consider that it is not

appropriate to provide full details in respect of our investigations to date in this circular. In

particular, we are not in a position to comment in detail upon the following matters:

    • The litigation commenced by the former Joint Administrators against Collyer Bristow

(“the CB litigation”, which has been mentioned briefly in the Administrators’ previous

    reports to creditors);

    • The events leading up to the administration and the conduct of the former Joint

    Administrators;

    • The conduct of the Company’s directors prior to the administration; and

    • The appeal by HMRC in respect of the Employee Benefit Trust (“EBT”) decision

If BDO had found evidence of any wrongdoing then they would have brought it to the fore immediately. They would not wait until the release date for a report. If I had bid for RFC and my bid was better than any other (and submitted on time) then I would have gone to court about it at the time. PM has just obtained a court ruling about an EGM therefore he would easily get a court order if D & P had acted incorrectly or illegally. I have a copy of the time-line and bidding process for the sale of RFC which D & P issued. PM must have a copy. If there is something incorrect in that document why has he not brought it to the attention of the authorities and the public?

  5. BDO have already said this would be a lengthy liquidation process, they also said at the last 6 monthly statutory notice they weren't going to comment on Collyer Bristow, D+P or Whyte till the final report.

IIRC the next statutory report is due in December, it still won't be their final report.

And as far as innuendo goes, that accusation goes both ways.

I'm not saying there's been a conspiracy but we need to know all the facts, Murray didn't make any accusations other than to say he expects further actions once BDO complete their report

There is innuendo from various quarters but not one single credible point to indicate that D & P did anything wrong.

If anyone has any actual evidence then let us hear it. If PM thinks something was wrong then he should actually come out with it. He could go to the police because D & P were appointed by the courts.

It doesn't say much for BDO's forensic examination of the business if they haven't got to the bottom of the admin process where the Club etc was sold to Green.

  6. He said something along the lines of he expected there'd be further investigations after BDO complete their report (he was talking about the bids to buy the club at the time)

Was Murray suggesting tonight there was some conspiracy between Duff & Phelps and Charles Green which prevented Murray getting the club?

  7. Fuck sake, if you seriously believe that then everything you've ever posted on here is utter shite, sorry if it offends but it's the truth.

Green and Ahmed were both an embarrassment and at our club purely to make money no matter if the club was doing well financially, I'm surprised any Rangers supporter still has this view

We absolutely should have kept Green.

I didn't have any real problems with Murray but he got pretty caught up in the fall out between himself and Green.

Ahmad wasn't even on the board was he?

  8. Good post, though I'm a bit different and agree with their motives...

What is undeniably true, there are poisonous anonymous individuals online who say they're Rangers supporters but are actually the minority

Well i better put my tin hat on here - I think they are spot on re their comments regarding the conduct of forums.

And whilst I dont agree with their motives because I dont believe their is sufficient info to back up their assertions - these guys deserve great credit for the way they have conducted themselves.

  9. Please stop that bullshit, it's unhealthy paranoia beyond belief

This is great news, not for the board, not for Mather or Stockbridge but Rangers.

Dave King is exactly what we need, he outshines everyone on that board in terms of wealth and business experience never mind the fact he is a committed Rangers supporter. I trust he'll sort out the shite we've had to endure from the board for the last year, he'll be calling the shots.

no I mean pauk murray mark dingwall and chris graham

  10. I don't necessarily think the successfulness of the club relates to a profit, profit can be made in other ways e.g. buy low/sell high, contracting out services to your own companies or paying yourself exorbitant wages

Dave King has probably lost more because of Rangers than any other in history. I welcome him back with open arms despite the irony of the tax charges he's been in involved in SA. Primarily, Dave King is interested in the well being of Rangers which can't be denied

If a person invests heavily in the club, as the Easdales have done, then the only way in which they will see a return on that investment is if the club is successful and moves forward. If that happens everyone will be happy, well apart from the people who cannot get on the gravy train, even though they had a great chance of buying a ticket to it .....

  11. And there you go again, branding anyone that has what you see as different opinion, a rebel. I prefer having my own opinion.

What I said is a fact though you deflected by posting another unrelated fact.

The truth is a great deal of our support were still backing Whyte even after administration, didn't the Record report on Ticketus around November time?

Sure we can't trust the press but we should trust our support to ask questions when warranted, we've blindly believed all is well at corporate level for 25 years and look where we are now.

One thing I can say for certain, I will never trust the board of directors at our club for a long time until they prove their worth, if more did the same we'd be in a far healthier position right now

Pesky facts don't go down well at all, the rebs prefer subterfuge and invention. (tu)

  12. I'm not backing the Record here but to be fair, they did raise issues about Craig Whyte long before anyone in our support did

Whether or not Bill's blog is balanced or fair or not is not really the issue I have - your own comments concern me more

So the Record, the Sun and Radio Scotland are not giving our board an easy time just now ? Well there is a surprise - can I ask you Carson' Cat do you believe BBC Radio Scotland when they say our club is dead and in fact we are a new club. Or as per the Record "exclusive" - we cheated poor Van Donkey out of titles even though he has not at Celtic during the time EBT's ran, or furthermore shall we just completely ignore the fact that a Tax Tribunal declared us "not guilty" over our use of EBT's ?

If you or others are getting your information about our club from the 3 sources you have alluded to then that concerns me more than anything Bill McMurdo writes.

  13. I'm always suspicious of posters who take this stance. It seems to me it's just attention seeking however they do seem to shout the loudest. They usually trot out mini murray, rst and jaffa which proves their agenda

Every one of us has a duty to question who's running our club, if people reply with "give me proof" their sentiments should be questioned, or better still ignored

I don't have to prove anything you i'm just posting a picture to let people know whats allegedly been going on.

I'm sure you asked posters to prove their accusations about Craig Whyte aswell? You didn't believe what he was up to either did you?

  14. There was.

IIRC there was also a demonstration outside the doors at one game and they were apparently shot down by other supporters. 95% of the support thought Murray was great even when we were £80+ million in debt.

As a support, we're politically blunt, yesterdays statement by the club was an obvious attempt at divide and conquer, however I'm glad to see the majority who actually go to games are starting to get the message.

We need to realise we can't trust any board members, ever, I'm including Paul Murray in this

Tell him to his face only to be jumped upon by cunt a and cunt b because they don't like confrontation

Whats with the sacktheboard pish and why was there not a sacktheboard when dm was in charge? And whats this shite about last night?
