The last few seasons, we've been linked to players in the press weeks before there seems to be any progress on a deal, and then missing out on targets publicly for everyone to get their jibes in...
Feels like there's good stuff happening behind the scenes at the moment, on the playing side at least - lets just hope that the players turn out to be better than the shite we've signed the last few years
Pedro said something in one of his early interviews. Along the lines of "If we are doing a deal and I read about that deal in a newspaper, then the deal is finished". Im happy with that.

That makes sense. The ref can order teams to change kits etc before kick off, so you would have to assume he can send a player off with good reason

If players aren't prepared to put that little bit extra in to become winners then they should be at another club.

It was after the game as they walked off. The guy was a steaming mess, ran on to the centre circle and threw a fresh air punch. Fair play to the security who grabbed him and threw him out. I was a good bit away but could here everyone, tims included calling the guy a prick, saying theres kids here, stuff like that. The guy was fired into a cop car and took away. Goram was unfazed by it all, happy to stay for photos afterwards.
