The latest pish in the paper saying it's all Morelos's fault.

    It's always Morelos's fault.

Must of been caused by one of his moods.

Morelos was at the touchline when the rhabib bastard started his pish with Barisic, so yet more lies. Do they not know that we have video of it  The cunt got booked at the end for his antices aswell. Typical taig behaviour. Say something enough and you start to believe it.

  2. I am loathe to give this the time of day, but nothing else to talk about

Declan Gallagher :megaanguish: has accused Rangers players of failing to shake hands with their opponents after their defeat to Livingston on Sunday.

The home side's 1-0 win led to celebrations at the Tony Macaroni Arena but Gallagher and teammates became involved in a confrontation with Rangers stars after the final whistle.

Rangers captain James Tavernier claimed in a national newspaper that the flashpoint was down to Livi players "trying to wind up" the defeated side but Gallagher denied that allegation despite television pictures appearing to show him goading Tavernier and Alfredo Morelos.

Instead, Gallagher laid the blame at Steven Gerrard's side.

"Based on the report in the Daily Record I thought only right to issue my own response," Gallagher wrote. "At no point did myself of any other Livingston player seek to taunt Rangers players over the result.

"As professional sportsmen we always aim to represent the sport and the club in the right light.

"However due to a few Rangers players refusing to shake hands at the final whistle with myself and team mates things did get heated. We are professional sportsmen who should act and respect our opposite numbers win, lose or draw."

Fair play to STV Sport for highlighting his blatant bullshit.

  3. Former Scottish FA president George Peat says a club chairman urged him "not to help Rangers in any way" amid a fixture backlog in 2008.

The Ibrox side were competing on three fronts near the end of season 2007-08, having already won the League Cup.

They lost the Uefa Cup final to Zenit St Petersburg and finished second to celtic in the Scottish Premier League but won the Scottish Cup.

"The prominent club asked me not to and I refused," Peat told BBC Scotland.

Rangers played five games over 11 days at the end of the 2007-08 season, with the SPL responsible for the league fixture scheduling and the SFA having oversight of the Scottish Cup.

The Ibrox side had two league games in hand and the finale to the SPL campaign was delayed for top-half sides from 18 May to 22 May so all six teams finished on the same day.

After losing to Zenit in Manchester on 14 May, Rangers played rearranged league fixtures against Motherwell (17 May) and St Mirren (19 May) before losing against Aberdeen on 22 May as celtic beat Dundee United to finish top of the table with a three-point lead.

Rangers then beat Queen of the South in the Scottish Cup final two days later.

When discussing his presidency from 2007-11, Peat was asked about what disappointments he had from his time with the SFA.

And he explained: "There were certain things that disappointed me. One in particular disappointed me.

"I remember when Rangers got to the final in Manchester. I got a phone call from a prominent chairman of a club requesting me not to help Rangers in any way.

"And it so happened that I had already had a meeting with Lex Gold at the SPL because what we were willing to do was to extend the season because of the fixture pile-up that Rangers had and I was most disappointed when I got back to the office to receive this call to ask me not to help them in any way.

"That really stuck in my throat."

    Bitter bastards

  4. Heard Fraser Wishart talking sense the other day. Said the clubs voted for this appeals process to begin with and now want it changed a few weeks in. They'll never appease everyone etc. Also said the only real fact in football is whether a ball crossed the line, the rest is open to interpretation and this makes a unanimous decision hard to reach

Just overall slating the ranting and raving of the fans and managers.

  5. Fucking hell, the Record is quick to show Gordon in a good light

During celtic's 2-0 win over the part-time outfit in 2016, Gordon rushed out of his goals and performed a kung-fu kick on Spence and he was forced to take three months off from his day job.

And after Gordon came under fire for his comments directed at the SFA's disciplinary tribunal earlier today, Spence took to Twitter to reveal what the celtic No 1 did to atone for his error.

Spence tweeted: "I was off work for 3 months after this challenge but Craig Gordon covered my wages I lost so I forgive him."

Such a gentlemen that Craig Gordon is.

Gordon's comments are laughable especially about the 3 man panel below:

“It’s a strange system, you never know who the referees are or what their allegiances might be"

Implying Bias right there by asking what the refs allegiances are.

Just waiting for Sutton to condemn this. Considering what he just said about Gerrard:

“Steve Clarke spoke out because of frustration. He probably overstepped the mark but he can point to the comments made by Steven Gerrard.

“What the Rangers manager said – in terms of inferring some kind of conspiracy – was far worse.”
