This point is the cause of my confusion. The fact that several teams (raith, morton etc) are saying they'd vote 'no' suggests that our entry into the 1st Div is dependant on a majority vote... So how can we say it looks like we're going to end up in the 1st? Is it the case that the SFL board can overrule the views of their member clubs and allow us to join the 1st?

Couldn't agree more. Sick of Rangers not having a spokesman to defend the club when we're being slated by the media and other clubs. This is the first statement I've read from another club were they're making an attempt to empathise with our situation.

I'm assuming this was more or less a done deal before he cleared his locker at Auchenhowie.
