There was another great attendance today. Yes there was quite a few season tickets holders not there but if your talking total tickets sold (including season tickets) then around 48000, actual attendance maybe 41000 ish??

Have to agree with most of that. But we are still going to win the league at a canter. Annan looked hungrier, fitter and better organised, they deserved their win.
-
It said in one of the rags today that he had been released.

Would give Ally to xmas, we will hopefully improve the squad in September but if that doesnt improve things then we should think about getting a new man before the transfer window in Jan. I still think ally can turn it around.

McCullochs best days are behind him. Little has to play centre forward, Jig centre half or on the bench.

Thats about two decent articles produced by the Scottish sports press in the last year. Well done guys keep up the good work!
-
If we are to move on there needs to be a full independant enquiry made into the handing of our club by SPL/SFA. Starting back when the SFA deemed Whyte a "fit and proper person"right through to the present day. Only then will there be any chance of us moving on.
-
Its was reported in the press the other day that the SPL had advanced the second installment of their parachute payment which was not due until later in the year. Contrast that with when Duff and Phelps asked for an advance on prize money last year which was refused.
-
If there was even the slightest chance of winning the SPL would have appealled. Having already spent est. 500,000 and having tried to strip titles in the five party agreement LNS findings were highly embarressing for them. The reason they didnt appeal was they had no chance of winning.

There is nothing wrong with making payments to player in a tax effective way. If it saves the club money thats ok. There is no fair play rule which says you cannot be tax efficent. There seems to be an attempt by the mhedia and haters to invent rules which dont exist, and that may work ok on the pages of a biased rag or on a phone-in show, but the problem the haters have is imaginery rules would be laughed out of court thats why LNS, much to the dismay to his employers the SPL had no option but to find us NOT GUILTY of illegal payments.
-
Ebts payments were not illegal and breached NO football regulations. Any club how wished could have used them and many did including the likes of seltic, arsenal etc.LNS judged that we didnt provide enough information on the ebts, hence the fine.

Rebel blood, fits in the song and is not sectarian or racist. It could be argued its offensive but you would have to then ban all teams from singing it with similar lyrics.

There seems to be a change of tact by BBC Scotland regarding Rangers. Instead of the inaccurate biased reporting we have had from them in the last few years in news reports, they now provide a more accurate representation of the facts in article about us, e.g. No more new club pish. Instead they now use supposed experts to give their opinions who spout out the same sort of biased factually incorrect nonsense. In this way it allows them to still continue their anti Rangers agent but allows them to distance themselves from the opinions given by their "experts". That why they now have the likes of Britney getting lots of airtime to continue his lies.

Webster?? Are you serious?
-
Can he play centre half and deal with crosses?
-
If you look at someone like Andy Murray. He has a whole team of specialists at his disposal as well as one main coach. They look for any ways to improve his chances of success, any wee change that can bring even the slightest of improvement.
-
We should have more specialist coaches. A defensive coach would be a good start. We could also bring in other ex pros to work with individual or small groups of players even on a short term basis. Say for example we could get someone like Mols to work one to one with Little for even a few weeks, working on things like taking the ball into this feet and turning defenders. Or Laudrup working with temps and makay, surely the younger players would benefit?
-
Its the only chance they have of making the next round. Bears Den?
-
Any interview Regan will be do will be carefully managed so he can avoid any awkward questions. Doncaster will be the same.

I think the SFL need to release a statement. They were involved in the five party agreement, at the time the document was leaked to the press but would not go along with the title stripping agenda. There was a quote from a "sfl insider" in the press saying it seemed like a witchhunt.. If we are to root out the corrupt in the game the SFL which represents most of the clubs in scotland cant be quiet on this.
-
This statement is an attempt to mislead. Giving potential buyers information as to what sanction could possibily be applied is completely different from trying to force the new buyer to accept sanctions when guilty had not been proven. Especially when the sanction they wished to apply where so extreme.
-
So basically he wants us to just forget all about it and make friends with those nice people at the SFA/SPL. Don't think so Stewart.
-
Yes he should be sacked but he is just the puppet. It is those who were pulling the strings that need to be brought to account.
-
Good, he should stay there.
