  1. 3 bairns i got, and damn non of the designs ive seen on here Id have any of em wear. In the past 20 years, I actually thing the current home kit is the sexiest. Not to be judgmental, but non of the designs here really make the grade. All the best strips, really, are simple yet effective!! Rangers strips usually fit the bill  Over the years, I've come to adopt the rangers atire as my uniform in life if you will. Whatever the new strip, I'm probably gunna buy it anyway :huzzah2:
  2. Now I got no patience... SO SICK OF COMPLACENCE!
  3. Dude, you're poetry skills are better than mine! I must try and contest you though. Really tough season for our boys! Together, they got through with two trophies!! You can't complain with uefa final either. First time in years we've reached such heights! Usually we're out before Christmas! Could you have ever dreamed we'd get to the final? Knock the lights out of all the doubters!!!! Instead of following the club, they followed their poor judgement. Never were such people true fans! Gers for life!!! Heed my words, WE ARE THE PEOPLE!!! Unlike any other club! Nearly won the uefa! Scotland's shame? My erse! Hohoho! Outstanding poetry! U probably are better than me! Nevertheless, I shall challenge you, As effectively as Amdy Faye Ranger till I die! Everyday, when I go to the poultry shop, Sebomir springs to mind; Chickens are smart animals, you know Oh! Sebomir I still love, Too bad he's left us, Love is oxygene, And his departure has suffocated me, Never shall I forget his ruthless finishing, Dailly his attacking mentor, 'bang it wide!', he would shout, and Sebomir would obey. Shame he's gone... Hoopies always feared him, And I always loved him, Mister Ranger he was, Everybody, worship our lovely sebomir. Better poems I have not seen I will myself try and redeem Gers until I die, there's no other team! Jerseys of blue and red for me! Orange too I like to see! Could you really not want to be Known as a fan of such a team? Known to all as fans unique Never seen in a snowy peak Every fan will be at ibrox on the day When the bears do the task to get their pay How often they win and win they do! Other teams would have never knew When they go to ibrox, the shame they feel To find themselves with such a team to deal! Others may say this poem is shite Would you kindly just say we're tight In defense and midfield and even attack Now there's no a position in which we lack! The strikers and defenders alike Have all received promotion offers from nike! Every player in blue indeed Every day they're in the lead Unto our fans I have this to say Reach for the sky, and live each day Oh dear, this poem is way to long Poor readers have probably all gone! Each line rhymes with another And its time for me to meet my lover Now I leave and stop my writing Candy my lover is so inviting! Under the skies I will make love to her Proud as always that I'm a ger!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :rangers: :rangers: :rangers:

  5. However bad his performances have been, I say we stick by him. Under Walter smith, I really see a good future for him. Walter knows how to get the best out of his players. Never before have I doubted Walter and his convictions, I'm not going to start now. Before Walter we had PLG. What a disgrace! After PLG, we had Walter. What a Hero! Since his return, the club has seen lots of good times. To anyone who doubts Walter's ability, go away! And to anyone who believes in him, good on ya! Remember this, Walter got us to a European final!!! Definitely the greatest achievement of modern times for this club. So.... what more can I say?
  6. Haha well said Trubear.. The only tainted thing to the outcome of this season is the way some of us handled the defeat. Simple as.
  7. Spot on. We lost the league, time to move on. Dragging Phil O'Donnell, paedophillia (as was mentioned in the first post) or anything else like that into it is in poor taste and nothing but bullshit and denial. Precisely the type of bullshit I'd expect from them actually, not fellow Rangers fans. I'm glad to see that at least some of my fellow bears have sense in them. I've always been an outward skeptic of the POD conspiracy. I could write a huge post about my beliefs on the situation, but simply put, I think it's ridiculous that people are actually resorting to using POD as an excuse for the title loss. What I find interesting is that if we had won the title, this whole conspiracy would have never been mentioned again. If you're a true bear you'll do as I do and take the title loss in grace, and focus on next season. They may have got 3 in a row but we gotta get behind our team and stop the bastards getting the 4. To accuse any football club, even THEM, of such a thing is, as I said, ridiculous. Ah another 10 poster attracted to this thread and taking the alleged moral high ground ! Let me get this straight... I don't have a high post count, therefore I'm not allowed to have morals? Get tae fuck! and to those throwing these accusations around, I have one thing to say. I believe there is only one fanbase in glasgow who would use such stupid and poor excuses when loosing a league. That club is celtic, and when you throw about this conspiracy theory, in my eyes you are no worse than them. To be entirely honest I was never as passionate as some on here are about football, not that there's anything wrong with a good passion for the game, but if you let that passion fuel these absurd conspiracy theories then you really need to get a grip and remember that there are things more important than football, i.e. a man's death.
  8. To put it bluntly, if you believe in this conspiracy, you are a stupid fucking asshole.
  9. Speak for yourself. Had we won the league I'd be just as critical. I've never known anything more shameful. I blame us losing the league mainly on our chairmans shoulders. selling Hutton was an act of greed that weakened our squad. Where in this thread have I stated this cost us the league? Try reading the thread bofore posting a lot of shite. Somehow I question how critical you'd really have been had we won the league. Just my opinion. No where did I say that you stated the POD thing cost us the league. Maybe YOU should read my posts more carefully beforing 'posting a lot of shite' as you so put it. All I'm saying is the loss of the league has caused some more unsavory people to resort to accusations of 'graverobbing'. I find it all a bit childish. I must say, I'm a mild-mannered person, but for fucks sake, get a fucking grip! here's a wee quote for you "It's a very difficult time for everyone, especially the lad's family. "Our thoughts across football would go to his family first and foremost. "I don't think you can think about playing. For those of us that are in the game, the only thing that matters is that we show a proper degree of sympathy to his family." These words were said by non other than Walter Smith. He personally backed the postponement of the Old Firm fixture. What some seem to forget is that Phil did not spend a 'short time' at celtic as a lot of people are saying, he spent five years there! And contrary to the claims that only a couple of celtic players even knew him, Phil O'Donnell had a lot of close friends at Celtic. Gordon Strachan was initially reluctant to call for the postponement of the fixture!! There are times in life when the blue-tinted specs gotta come off, and all footballing matters go outa the window. The Phil O'Donnell tradegy was one of those times. When I heard of the Old Firm postponement, i didn't give it a second thought. When I heard of the conspiracy, I was absolutely gutted that any of my fellow bears would think like that.
  10. Aimless?......I'd say it hits the spot right between their beady eyes. Ah the old 'point scoring' argument. Why don't we just stop being rivals and join hands for a skipathon through the Gallowgate? If you don't find them using a mans death to their advantage totally henious then that's your prerogative. I find it abominable. It's got fuck all to do with us? There was me under the impression that it was us they bottled it from, silly me No, using someones death makes them look like cunts to the outside world, and even if your little theory happens to be true we don't hold a 'love us' mentality. For what it's worth, I wouldn't blame this despicable act on us losing the title, there are many contributing factors. But spare me your lecture on mock morality. What I find humerous is that had we won the league, this POD conspiracy would never have been spoken of again. There was little, if no mention of it during the run in, and now that we've lost, it's suddenly back on the agenda. To be frank, you sir are a cynic and a sore loser. Show some class and hold your head high in defeat. We might have lost the league, but as trubear so rightly said, throwing all these absurd accusations around is nothing short of turning a humble defeat into an embarrassment.

  12. Hold on.. since when do the SPL champions go straight into the group stages!!? Also.. am I missing something here?? Wikipedia tells me the third qualifying round will contain: Barcelona Atlético Madrid Arsenal Liverpool Juventus Fiorentina Schalke 04 Vitória Guimarães Steaua Bucharest Twente Spartak Moscow Shakhtar Donetsk Standard Liège Slavia Prague Galatasaray Olympiacos CSKA Sofia
  13. For goodness sake, what's with the cynicism? Does having an open view on things make you a tim these days?
  14. Oh right, okay. I'm not sure what I admire more, the refreshingly informative content of your reply, or the witty narrative in which your astounding argument was written. phil o'donnell, a bit part celtic player in his time at the club,(10 years ago) collapsed and died on the park in a game against dundee utd. on the 29th dec., the following day gordon strachan was interviewed and said there would be no problem with the old firm game on 2nd jan. the day after that they(celtic ) came out with a request to the s.p.l. for a postponement owing to the fact that the dressing room was to upset to play the game. this request was granted, dundee utd., the team who phil odonnell collapsed and died in front of, also requested that their game against hearts should be postponed, this request was denied. Tommy burns, a true celtic legend, who had been with the club for most of his life, died on the 14th may. Celtic ,with a full 1st team squad to choose from and no injuries or suspensionshad one game to play to win the league against a team who had a real gripe against Rangers did not request any postonment, these are the facts, you make up your own mind. I won't deny any of these facts, but what you are forgetting is that you are using these facts to come to an assumption. There's due to be a lot of facts we don't know. While these facts will easily convince some more close minded people, I'm afraid I'm just not that cynical. If having too much faith in humanity is a crime, then lock me up! One thing you gotta consider with the whole Tommy Burns thing is that the season had already been extended, nae to mention our calls for a further extension being denied. A lot of SPL players would have had holiday plans etc disrupted by any further extension. Do you really think the SPL would have granted them an extension had they asked? I doubt it. Besides, just like us, I'm sure they just wanted to put an end to a long, long season. I really can't bring myself to believe a man's death would be used like that, not even by the mhankies. The fact that some of us are willing to believe it, quite frankly, astounds me. There are times when all footballing matters goes out of the picture, and aren't even considered. The death of Phil O'Donnell was one of those times. I for one didn't think twice when the o.f game was postponed. Anyone who did gotta stop tokin the wakky bakky!
