One massive difference I have noticed over the first few days..... Training looks more intense and nae snoods and only a few hats in sight...

It's the fact as well that Pedro and the rest seem to be involved not just "do this" but showing what they want done, pushing them on, also telling them when they are doing it wrong.

yes we see snap shots, edited video etc, but you can't fake his passion, as long as it translates to on field displays then happy days.

  2. After the months of piss again, from the Pedro flight thread last Saturday through to just now, it nice to have a little buzz again.

Understand after the repeated turmoils, sometimes it's as if we are on a loop, folk as well as myself need the old saying action speaks louder than words, I hope this isn't another false dawn.

However it was a chance to see Pedro interacting with the players, what did we learn, he appears organised, passionate, not afraid to point out when things aren't being done properly, so a bit more about him than just words.

  3. From the club on FB

    MATCHING PEDRO'S PASSION | http://rng.rs/2momgUl

Danny Wilson admits the Rangers players must match Pedro Caixinha’s passion if they are to climb the Premiership.

The Light Blues squad met their new boss for the first time on Tuesday morning and the defender says their manager set out in no uncertain terms what is expected of his squad.

Caixinha took charge of an intense first training session and Wilson believes he can help with a late season push to try and reclaim second spot.

  4. Been rumbles down here for a couple of months that he lost the dressing room and that the players basically did what they wanted on the field.

Two minutes after the announcement Rowett and Warburtons names popped up as contenders.

But in short don't want him anywhere near the club.

  5. This is football, there has to be a time where it goes wrong or we suffer a defeat.

However I think though we will feel disappointed by it, the overall reaction will be different, as I believe that if we are defeated it will be the manner of the defeat. The Gaffer seems to be pushing 90minutes of football, so if it is seen that the team has stood up and continued to play, I can't see how we could ask for anymore.
