Maybe just a little bit

In other words get stuck right into them.

Think it's great to see him heavily involved in the sessions.
Looks like he isn't wanting them to hold the too long, tap.............tap............go...... To tap, tap, go.
Increased work rate and closing down quickly. Hope this translates to the pitch.

After the months of piss again, from the Pedro flight thread last Saturday through to just now, it nice to have a little buzz again.
Understand after the repeated turmoils, sometimes it's as if we are on a loop, folk as well as myself need the old saying action speaks louder than words, I hope this isn't another false dawn.
However it was a chance to see Pedro interacting with the players, what did we learn, he appears organised, passionate, not afraid to point out when things aren't being done properly, so a bit more about him than just words.

MATCHING PEDRO'S PASSION | http://rng.rs/2momgUl
Danny Wilson admits the Rangers players must match Pedro Caixinha’s passion if they are to climb the Premiership.
The Light Blues squad met their new boss for the first time on Tuesday morning and the defender says their manager set out in no uncertain terms what is expected of his squad.
Caixinha took charge of an intense first training session and Wilson believes he can help with a late season push to try and reclaim second spot.

So enjoyed I watched it twice.
Believe I also read in the run up to his appointment, that no training session is ever repeated exactly, he supposedly keeps changing it which keeps it fresh.

Just jumped back on an seen the little icon lol

Norwich were going to approach Warburton but believe he told them he wasn't a contender while on going talks with Forest were taking place.
-
Players seem to think highly of him.
But hope he enjoys tonight for what he accomplished.
-
Remember when we used to look forward to a Tav free kick :), apart from that aspect, thought he put in a great shift today along with many others.

Aye but no but they didn't follow the script, not supposed to show a bit of backbone

Don't be so quick on the Norwich gig, as Rowett and Warburton were touted 2 mins after the sacking, by local pundits.
-
A bit of heart and standing up, as others have said feels as good as a win

Been rumbles down here for a couple of months that he lost the dressing room and that the players basically did what they wanted on the field.
Two minutes after the announcement Rowett and Warburtons names popped up as contenders.
But in short don't want him anywhere near the club.
-
Yeah he has just been sacked
-
Excellent start for the new group, I know there was calls for them to say something, well done for taking the time to produce this statement.

Welcome Joey,
Didnt know what to expect from the interview, but no complaints here, seemed honest and and frank over his move, as well as his intentions.
-
Superb statement

This is one of my favourites so far, magical watching

This is football, there has to be a time where it goes wrong or we suffer a defeat.
However I think though we will feel disappointed by it, the overall reaction will be different, as I believe that if we are defeated it will be the manner of the defeat. The Gaffer seems to be pushing 90minutes of football, so if it is seen that the team has stood up and continued to play, I can't see how we could ask for anymore.

Heard him an thought "nugget"

Love the fact Warburtons is always active never complacent on the touchline

It's the fact as well that Pedro and the rest seem to be involved not just "do this" but showing what they want done, pushing them on, also telling them when they are doing it wrong.
yes we see snap shots, edited video etc, but you can't fake his passion, as long as it translates to on field displays then happy days.
