Not made a great start tbh, drew 3 and lost 1 in the league so far, into the 3rd round of the League Cup though and going to give the cups a real go this year, chucked them last season cos I was fighting for promotion but that isn't going to happen this year, squad is too young and there was too much of a turnover of players it's going to take a while to get the right system and for them to gel
I reached the playoffs first season and then promoted the next on my Ipswich save (won in the last minute on the last day to beat Norwich into second place, with a Joey Garner winner no less)
If you’ve still got Bersant Celina, keep loaning him every season until his Man City contract expires and he should join on a free. I managed to sell him 6 months later for £9m.

I got signed off work for a few weeks so bought it and started an unemployed, no badges or experience career.
Took over Dover in the Conference half way through the season. Finished midtable. Took them to the playoffs next season but lost. Had a shite start to the next season so resigned before they sacked me.
Got the job at FC United but struggled like fuck. Think I won my first 6/7 games, and then didn't win in 15. Got sacked.
Waited a while to try and get a better offer than Woking, Hemel Hempstead etc. Finally been offered Swindon and Oxford jobs. Both are in the relegation zone in League 2 in December. Swindon have 5 more points, but Oxford are offering me £3.4M to spend instead of £1M at Swindon. Think I'm gonna go with the money.

This isn’t true. He was their best player last season (outwith the GK), and the vast majority of fans love him. Directly involved in more goals than any other player in the league. He only scored one penalty too, and that was on the last day of the season.
He was brilliant last season tbh.
