We need EVERYONE doing a defensive job not just the makeshift defence. Windass loses runners and we can't afford that in midfield. Rossiter would have been a better option but i see he's injured too

Our crossing into the box in general needs to improve. We get into great positions down the flanks and then seem to be unable to pick out our guys who are often unmarked.
The quality of all our goals were superb though.

Thought he had a poor game on Friday but I like him. He's got skill and a bit of dig about him. Puts in a shift too.

Some negatives in the first 90 but let's concentrate on the positives. Like the fact we perhaps are capable of digging deep and getting the result. Showed character which is something we have been desperate for. Well played gers.

Watched the free kick goal a few times now and it was certainly alarming the way the wall fragmented. I like Alves tbh but he does seems to have been the main culprit as he moves the most jumping sideways and up. Having said that deflection was bit flukey to end up in thr back of the net.

Consistently fails to have no end product to his game and wonder if he ever will.

Nowhere near good enough tonight. Defence still looks far too vulnerable.
I assume Dorrans is playing so deep cause pedro is telling him to but agree its totally baffling. Too many sideways and back passes from Dorrans it was like Holt was back in the team. First time he does attack the goal and he scores a peach.

The midfield was our main problem tonight. They did not exert control virtually the entire game. Worst performance of the season. Very poor

Playing pretty crap but we are winning so we'll take that. Need to improve second half with more quality passing.

Feeling good at the moment and although one game at a time and all of that its hard not looking ahead to the game against them.
We are gaining momentum, winning games and with goals to boot. In my view we were unlucky against Hibs and Hearts for various reasons and deserved to win both. I'm not always so positive but it's not that outlandish to say we could have been sitting top of the table on maximum points. Bring it on.

I wasn't overly keen on Pedro coming but the team are definitely better than last season. He needs more time but things need to start improving fast.

Former Rangers star Ronald de Boer has praised the "intensity" of Old Firm derby matches and insists they were a "privilege" to play in.
De Boer, who played for the Ibrox club for four years from 2000, said in games between the Glasgow rivals Scottish players turned "into angry wolves".
"People say you've never experienced something like this [Old Firm] before and it was true," he told BBC Scotland.
"It was amazing. It's part of life as a Glaswegian."
The former Dutch international, who signed for Rangers from Barcelona in 2000, praised Glasgow's insatiable appetite for football.
De Boer earned 67 caps for the Netherlands and played in two World Cups

"The experience was like, you've heard about it and people say you've never experienced something like this before and it was true. It was amazing. And you see the change in the Scottish players, a button turns: red eyes, they're like angry wolves. They were in another world and they kicked everything that was green and white, vice versa also.
"I'd never seen so much kicking in my life in a football game. And the referee was like, 'it's okay'. Normally in Holland, it would be a red card or at least yellow.
"It ended up with nine men or something; that was really what I remember from my first [Old Firm] game. Scoring was a great feeling and going to the fans - a great feeling."

Was Barry Ferguson like one of those "angry wolves?"
"Yes, especially the first game. He was really kicking everybody, and I thought: 'Barry, you can do so much better than this', because he was a really good player. But then he forgot his football skills and he was like: 'I'm going to kick everything that's green and white'."

"It was difficult but an unbelievable relief when we won it because it was so important after two seasons of not even being close to Celtic. To win the treble was amazing."

Seeing that again we should have easily won although having said there seemed to be only 2 or 3 actual shots on target. Like before under Warburton.
I know miller seems to be the whipping boy just now but he was a bit unlucky with his effort which could easily have gone in.

He needs dropped pronto for those kick outs! How many times when we needed to take pressure off the defence did he just give them possession. He's done this for years and it never improves.
