To be honest you've just reiterated my whole pointI have considered what he gas achieved so far which I'd no more impact than ANY new manager would have had . Unfortunately he is running out of steam, ideas and motivational skills as he did at Motherwell. Unlike a lot of managers jobs outside of football he had the opportunity of watching the team every week therefore new exactly what he had to work with and the ability if the team. You could often find that if you were to become a manager of a company you would have no idea of the capabilities of your staff, big difference. Bottom line is its going pearshaped and he's blaming everyone but himself and his assistant which is not on and bad timing with it. He appears calm and composed then you see him scurrying around like a child while trying to get the ball back in p!ay during Thursdays game. How about admitting he got it tactically wrong and didnt know how to change it, take some responsibility and gain respect

It would n,t be too bad to stay down fir ONE more season if we ended up getting a new manager and a few new faces and did a Hearts Nice to rebuild and grow

As you'll gather I am not as keen on mc call as many and I think to start saying that he's done A good job but has been let down by the quality before a big game is not good.I agree that we should bring someone new in and for me would love to see someone who's managed a big club and who has the charisma to give the existing players belief and can attract some new quality faces that respect him.Then again there may be another Alex Neil out there, who certainly has something about him. We've got to look long term. Who that is I don't know but there must be a lot of decent managers interested and its just about looking at all the applicants at the time and I am sure there will be a standout.

The guy has in not so many words said sack them keep me, not the Best way to get the best out of your players before such an important game.
