My point us that I think that any manager from outside the club would have improved the team as the rot really had set in The fact that he is using virtually the same players mcdowal used shows that. Haven't really seen an improvement to players on an individual basis Mc call took on the job knowing the players he had to work with and to me he chanced it as he was in a no lose situation Ive heard that a lot of the players hes dumped Daly temps robinson black etc he hasn't got the time of day for. Does not being in the team make you a bad person,hence my opinion of his man management skills Surely we should all be in this together, not having players hopefully he doesn't suceed As far as who would I have appointed, there's a lot of out of work managers who could have been appointed on a short term basis both in England and Scotland Just look how Sunderland got advocaat in until the end of season It wouldn't surprise me if Mc call is doing it for nothing

I honestly can't think of one good reason why mc call should be offered the job and that includes if we get promoted There must be a boatload of better managers out there that will jump at the chance of picking the best of what's here and filling the missing spaces. It was wonderful to see him smiling through his teeth while trying to say he was happy with the club talking to other managers and was comfortable with that .
