  1. Plus Andy has a fantastic draw...Roger, Novak and Rafa are all in the one side of the draw...Andy has Wawrinka on his.  Federer will drop points and Andy will gain some from last year, he'll be number 2 going into Roland Garros!

Nah, I'm not having that. No one was getting back up from that.

Indeed...Khan missed the block on the overhand and got caught flush.

This wasn't a clip, it was a proper knockout punch. Nobody would have gotten up from that.

To his credit he didn't look out of place in there but sadly the cut seemed to take him right out of his stride.

  3. Great result for Andy (tu)...he's now on at least the same points as Roger Federer meaning I think he stays 2nd since he was on top already...not sure though.

The unique Madrid surface seems to suit him though so I think he has a great chance to retain  tomorrow!

Playing him in his natural position would be a good start.

What's that then? As his  natural position isnt a striker if that's what you're thinking.

 same, I watched the game back when I got home and sportscene at night as well. My missus was cracking up.

The only frustrating thing is the highlights don't provide a true reflection of the game...yeah they show the shots taken etc but there wasn't the chance to show how good our passages of play were throughout the match.

You could have easily looked at them and thought we were dominated, quite the contrary. :uk:(tu)

Raith aint too far away from them either    It isn't likely but it's definitely still possible enough for them to fuck it up that badly that they fail to even reach the playoffs :D

Gogzy...they are in the playoff's already it's just whether they finish 2nd or not that's all...finish 3rd or 4th, it doesn't matter as they play Raith or by some mircacle, Morton.

They won't get promotion though

That's how it should be done, and if we do win, I will have to give away my final tickets as I am away on holidays, but nowadays a small minority of Rangers fans have no problem making healthy profits off of other Rangers fans.

I'm in a similar situation as you j1mgg, on holiday during the final! I'll give my ticket to my brother to give to one of his mates to go with him.

If they pay for the ticket great, if not I'm not really too bothered. Definitely against anyone touting tickets and to be honest it's pretty shocking behaviour to try and make a profit from fellow supporters.

  8. Something I want to know too mate...heading out for dinner in town so was going to drop by to pick my ticket up.  If there is massive queue's I'm assuming at least half are just chancing turning up to buy tickets.

Sadly the Ticket Office has terrible opening/closing times through the week, they'll no doubt have to extend hours at some point.

  9. To be honest this promotion has absolutely nothing to do with Ally.  Mark Warburton is the manager who has led us to the Premiership no Ally McCoist, if people want him involved in some sort of event then fine but not to mark this occassion.  Our manager has built a team which got us promoted, have us playing some fantastic football and still in with a shout of winning 2 more trophies (as it currently stands)...yet people want to take away from this by dedicating some of the day to a terrible football manager who failed with us last year, spectacularly.

Sure if you're wanting to have an event or something to commemorate Rangers return to the top flight by all means invite him if you want but for a Title Winning celebration which really has nothing to do with him?  Not a chance!

That's from the official site, I'm hoping it comes out Monday. Panicking a little bit.

To be honest I'm feeling a bit better knowing there are others in the same boat (tu) sure we'll all be fine!

  11. If anyone doesn't think the price is going up by 25% at the very least then they are completely deluded.

I'm around £339 this is year in the Main Stand and fully expect it to return to qt least the £439 I paid when we were last in the top division, doesn't bother me one bit.

Prob be a sellout mate it's our first  hampden final in ages I would be surprised if it wasn't sold out

I'll be surprised if it is...

Reckon we'll do well but not 100% confident there will be enough interest in this to get to a sell out, would love it if we did though! (tu)
