Thats the problem, we have spunked our money on 'project players' who he thinks he has the managerial ability to get the best from (It appears he doesnt). The only time that has a chance to work is when you have better players around them to pull them up to a level. We dont have that. Instead we have a team riddled with neverhavebeens or was once a promising youth 6 years ago. They level of money we have spent on them is unreal. One look at their records and team history told you it was a huge longshot. Its not worked and sooner or later he will likely pay for it with his job.

Tbf it's the internet. Everyone can be cunt on the odd occasion. I hadn't witnessed his 200 odd posting spree right enough but what I've read tonight doesn't really look like anything that should mean a perma ban. As i said, if he had shown any inkling of being a player or having something to contribute to the team then i would say yes he needs time. But what has he offered? First off delighted with the win tonight and in the next round. What Im not delighted with is Dessers getting another opportunity and doing the square route of fuck all for 45 minutes. Surely to fuck someone needs to ask the question of Beale on how many opportunities this guy needs. The experiment needs to end. I mean who scouted this man and thought he would be a good fit in this team? What qualities are we expected to see with him? He has no pace, cant control a ball, cant turn with a ball, cant hold a ball up, cant jump for a header apparently, cant win a competitive tackle and he certainly cant fucking shoot! Worst of all I do not see effort, he looks comfortable putting in fucking shocking performances and is rewarded with more opportunities.

Its not just his decision making though, he looks to have absolutely fuck all about him. He doesnt have pace, doesnt make runs, cant hold up a ball, cant win a fucking header(yet to see him actually challenge for a ball) and he definitely cant shoot. There is no redeeming quality that you can point to and say he will come good. There have been no flashes of something that catches your eye and gives you hope. He is just rotten
