Im wondering if we might just see a big different in individual performances. Its no secret Beale thought he was a master tactician and liked to try and fit square pegs in round holes so lets see if the players are given a wee bit of freedom to actually express themselves and play to their strengths.

I have no expectations in terms of trophies which shows what i think of the current squad. I hope for a strong manager to come in that can first and foremost restore some pride into the team and have them put in displays that are actually worthy of wearing the shirt. I honestly think whoever takes it on has a hellish couple of months ahead of them trying to get a tune out of some of these imposters though. If nothing else January will be interesting.

Hmm wouldnt have been my choice as interim manager, for me you need someone with a strong voice and capable of making a few what could be seen as difficult decisions and I do not see Davis doing that. Davis will do what he is told to do by others. Even when he was captain he was a bit of a mouse. Talking about captains if he wants to make a statement straight away he should remove the captaincy from Tav immediately and give it to Butland. I like Tav as a player but he is never a captain, he needs to focus on his own game as well.

It needs to be someone with a lot of experience, a clear vision, style of play and of course the ability to build a team from almost scratch. The worry for me is we are in such a state it's going to take some top notch management to get anything out of this group of players we have in the meantime and we as a support are going to have to be patient. Honestly looking at 3 or 4 transfer windows to sort this mess and that includes selling players at a loss just to get them off the books. I wanted Knutsen previously before we appointed Beale and that's not changed.

We constantly look at the wrong markets which offer poor value for money too. For one, we need to be buying more of the young talented scots. Too many have slipped through the net. Id also focus scouting on the nordic leagues for players who are more suited to the kind of football played in our leagues and also the used to the shite weather. Too many of our players come in and we never see them hit the ground running.

Thats the worrying thing, I think the board have said something that makes him feel untouchable.
