    All my optimism for the end of the season has been wiped out with that shocker of a performance, that first half was one of the worst of the season.

    Didn't Warburton give them five days off when it was the International break ? Should see a difference now as Pedro has been working with them throughout the break .

    Im heading to Arran tomorrow, earlier than planned as i couldn't get the car over on Friday as there was no ferry space available , hopefully get some bike miles done before the main event on Saturday.
