Jim McColl despite his pile of cash has never ever said he wanted to increase his share holding let alone own Rangers. McColl has always said he would lend his expertise in seeing that the club is governed properly free from parasites bleeding it dry. People need to get this into their heads. He has no intention of investing any cash in the short to medium term. Unfortunately that in some people eyes seem to label him as useless. Nothing could be further from the truth.
