    Basically normal downloading speeds are like 750kbps+ but withone of these seedbox servers you get speeds of upto 20 mbps and fast uploading speeds to so ratios and stuff boost rapidly.

    I do but with one of these seedbox ips its a hell of alot easier basically downloading 1gb files in 2 minutes and uploading 1gb in 2minutes aswell
