The thread is the open letter.
-
The thread is about me wondering if our CEO is considering selling our best player BP.I have no idea what this thread's about. Is there a letter?
That would be stupid IMO.
-
Be nice to see it through though.Get well soon Lee.
Luv Keith.
-
explain why? You're the prick lol worst thread ever
-
Prick.Boringgggggg
-
Do you know they don't?I'm sure they read RM
Fuck sakes we can't sell our best player at this stage.
-
-
Who wants them both to stay?
-
Best player we have. Selling him for the equivalent losses in a month would prove we've learned fuck all !!
If he wants to go fine. If he his happy to stay I'll be well fucked off with Wallace willing to sell.
-
Just feels right for me.
That's enough.

Strongbow would be the best bet.
If we are going to maintain this Cider thing that is.
Strongbowloyal and Goat as spokesmen.
Maybe sober both those cunts up as well as getting us back on track.

Was always a bugbear of mine BP.Arteta shouted down? I genuinely don't remember that, I thought he was a quality player. Maybe my memory, I'm not as young as I used to be...
Never been a season ticket holder but the games I seen him in was always impressed by his workrate and skill.
Used to listen to these pair slagging him off every week at work (season ticket holders)................Maybe saying many was an exaggeration.....
Knew I was always right about him anyway.....

Just look at Carlos Cuellor and Alan Hutton. They were strolling games in the SPL and struggled badly in stages in the EP.
Amorouso. Ferguson. There is a huge gulf.
Interestingly Arteta and Adam were 2 who were constantly shouted down by many Gers fans but both proved they could do a decent jod at a higher level.
Appreciate mentioning Charlie will get some stick but he did show it in the top league at times.

A tactic Graham most likely picked up from playing in Italy at that time.
Some games were murder.

A team of wee ginger bread men..........cool....Where is your daily thread calling for McCoist to quit? Or that he is useless? Or that we play terrible football? Or that we are overpaying our players? Or that we should be relying on youth players? Or that our scouting system is a joke.
I ask this as I see your posts and I always think to myself, it would be great if we could have a team of auchenhowie bread youngsters. We could have a team of players under the age of 24 and a global scouting network set up to attract talented youngsters from around the world. We could hire a young manager with ambition to play good football and we'd win plaudits all over the world.
Then I realised that this is Scottish league 1 and not football manager or fifa. This is the real world and sometimes teams need older experienced players to dig out results. In this league it is more like a battle and teams don't play like Barcelona in Scotland, they aren't afforded the time on the ball to do so. Also you look at our last 4 bosses... McCoist, smith, le guen and Mcleish... Only le guen tried to get us playing football and he would have had more success trying to make an elephant jump. It was a disaster.
I'm not saying we can't improve, far from it. I think these players can do much much more and I don't think ally is going to turn into pep guardiola any time soon... However the man is getting results and that is the most important thing... So how about showing some support for the team now and again instead of just constantly blasting them?

Pretty much this. Hard to name an ultimate team without Brian Laudrup in it though.1992/93 were quite simply the best team of my lifetime. A treble, a bawhair away from a Champions League Final and 44 games unbeaten in all competitions.
Goram
Stevens
Gough
McPherson
Robertson
Steven
McCall
Durrant
Huistra
McCoist
Hateley
Not to mention, Brown, Ferguson, Mikhailichenko(sp), Nisbet, Gordon et al. Just a magic time, it really was.

Think it's a good thing for him at the moment. Getting experience in a higher division has to be a benefit next year if he comes straight back in.
-
How many Scottish players have made it after going to the English championship?
Far better off where you are David helping your team get back to the top.
Fantastic manager and technical staff is maybe pushing it a bit though Paulo...

Aye, that's what I was meaningTney signed Willian because he fitted into their startin 11 as we have seen from the team sheets most weeks.
Salah was signed because Chelsea still lack an out and out winger as all Willian, Oscar, Hazard, Schurrle like to cut in and attach the middle.
He got rid of two players that did nof fit his system for a total of £51 million and brought in a guy who will for just under £11 million.
In both cases it was reported Chelsea swooped last minute and flew the players to London for medicals and signing after Spurs and Liverpool had held talks with clubs and agents and were convinced they had their man before Chelsea came in.
Nothing wrong with that. Big Brendan is pure beelin..

Surely a better example of trumping would be what Jose/Chelsea have done to Rodgers/Liverpool with the Egyptian boy Salah.
Jose buys a midfielder he reckons can fit into his system at the same time he sells a player he doesn't fancy for over 3 times the price.
They did the same thing to Tottenham recently with Willian. Sometimes wonder if they are just ripping the pish because they can.

What a contrary OP.

Good thread Tanerall. Needed to be said.
Too much reliance on the Broomloan boys.

In one word..................................YESUnless you are a Rangers fan.
I know we should be winning every game 4-0 or 5-0 with our full time players, large squad, better training facilities etc etc.
But from a neutral football viewpoint was a terrific game. 5 goals, advantage changing constantly, Arbroath still in it with chances at the finish.
Yet many left early.
Are we spoiled by previous succeses and standards which we cannot replicate till we have more investment and stronger opposition. Will we ever enjoy any game we dont win by 3 goals on our climb back to the Premier ?
At the end of the day it was a terrific football match. (And credit to Arbroath for their commitment from start to finish)
Open letter to Wallace.
