  1. Today, we didn't receive the best of news when we heard McCoist will continue to work his 12 month notice period as manager. It isn't good for many reasons. The most obvious one being that, by now 99% of us, Rangers fans realise that he is not the man to take us forward. Another is that the players probably won't be fully motivated to play for him because they know he is leaving, etc, etc.

However, people need to realise that this is no reason to stop attending matches and giving the team your support. If you don't believe me that boycotting doesn't work, just look at what happened this season. 15,000 fans didn't renew season tickets in an effort to try and get the board out. What did that really achieve? Well, it didn't get the board out. All that it did was put a strain on our club financially, divide our support and and mean that our team doesn't get roared on by full houses at Ibrox.

The exact same thing will happen again if more fans choose to go down this root with the manager. We know now that McCoist is here for the next 12 months and we have to accept that. The decision has been made. But if we continue to boycott matches, our club will suffer financially (even more) and our team on the pitch won't be getting the support that they should be. So we, the Rangers support need to get ourselves to the games and support our team though this difficult period, not for the manager, not for the board, but for the sake of our club.

Totally 100% agree with you OP!!! The club needs all its fans to get to the games and get behind us and put the boycotting to bed!!! Our club needs ALL of us or there might not be a club for us to follow follow in the near future!!! Aye Ready!!!
  2. For me he didn't walk away when the club needed him and its support the most. If he leaves now it's under totally different circumstances as his limited ability has taken us as far as it can. The clubs future is uncertain but not on the scale it was in 2012 when he coined the phrase!! Do the right thing Ally and say games a bogey!!

  3. Gcc and the scum were asked to provide documents but in the case off westhorn when a FOI was put in requesting the geo technical report gcc said they had one but couldn't release it due to the investigation . According to the state aid commissioner for Scotland no geotechnical report was received from gcc only one from the scum

so it seems to me gcc only released documents to the eu which didn't incriminate them

So how do we send documents to the eu which do incriminate them soulboy?
  4. Jonok, do you remember the TV interviews wee neil gave about how the use of EBT's was financial doping and that financial doping was just like match fixing so titles should be stripped? Well we were not guilty, however the use of millions secured against land obtained via dodgy deals to put a league winning side on the park most certainly is financial doping. I'd have to say they'll be convicted and sentenced by their own words. So every title they have one since Martin O'neil got his £20m to spend will have to be stripped as will any cups won during this period. It should be noted that more that one club Rangers would gain titles if this were to happen, unlike when they were pushing for titles to be stripped

They must also be placed in the lowest tier of the Scottish leagues and any money due from the SPL/SFA withheld. If this was not to happen then the SPL/SFA could very easily be on the end of a court case from shareholders of Rangers for the money withheld from the club post admin. Bearing in mind that the actions taken against Rangers were issued on the appearance of a "Prima Facia" case against the club, any action must be taken against c****c immediately the EU investigation is elevated to full status. Also at that time any official of c****c must be removed from any post within the governing bodies of the SPFL and SFA.

We were also issued our actions for bringing the game into disrepute, would a full investigation by the ECC mean this also?
  5. It is an utter disgrace that this board has lost half our seasons ticket holders from the last two seasons and still have no scouting system in place.

    Not fit for purpose.

Well if the club is losing money because the haters are not renewing, won't that make it harder for the club to organise a scouting system? You can't have everything.
  6. In all seriousness id absolute love d'art to have an involvement of this. I know that he would be a person a huge amount of the fan base could identify with.

    sacha baron cohen grimsby

He's eloquent, he's always speaking from the heart and the guy cares so much about Rangers it's unreal. His blogs, his hounding of hmrc and the police. His constant striving to defend us and our people.

D'art doesn't receive a penny for it, he doesnt do it for acclaim nor a blazer. His only interest is Rangers and its fans and what's best for the club. I really hope he considers it. In fact ill pm him I think and tell him incase he doesn't make derby since its his round :D

very nice words RFC 52, I agree d'art is the man for the job!!
  7. Canadian TV host Michael Coren labels Celtic ‘jew haters’

As reported earlier on this website, Nir Biton’s posting a prayer for the Israeli Defence Force has hit a raw nerve with elements of the Celtic support.

The backlash has seen Biton the target of abuse, criticism and even anti-Semitic hate messages from elements of the Celtic support.

A British-born Canadian TV host has weighed into the furore by labelling Celtic and their fans as ‘jew-haters’.

Michael Coren, host of night-time TV show The Arena on Canada’s Sun News Network, laid into the Celtic fans targeting Biton.

Coren, through his official twitter account, labelled Celtic ‘a team based & built on sectarian hatred, religious tribalism and now Jew-hatred. Hypocrites!’

He added: “[Celtic] they’re a woulld be Division 1 English team (allegedly) with fans who love the IRA & hate Israel’. I know what awful football Celtic play and what vile politics their fans have.”

The self-professed Spurs fan then received significant abuse and criticism himself for comments about Celtic and their fans, before he tweeted: “Filth, abuse, Jew-hatred, ignorance spewed at me from Celtic fans. What fun and what a surprise!”

When approached for comment, Coren said: “I deleted one of the comments because it was too harsh. Is Celtic far too sectarian? Certainly!!!

“It was not, however, founded on hatred and for that comment I apologize. But as for anti-Semitism and unformed, ignorant, obsessive anti-Zionism, I have seen this from Celtic fans far too often and will not withdraw the comment.

“The Middle East is a complex issue, but some of the naive extremism from an organized group within Celtic support is damaging and, yes, racist. Part of the reason for the tweet that I later deleted was a stream of hatred in the guise of geopolitical comment. Biton can defend himself, but that he made a Biblical prayer for his friends in the IDF should not have made him a victim of such abuse.”

Apologies guys edited it a bit, however it's getting out threre!!!

Could this be the journalist/tv presenter outside the uk were looking for to uncover the state aid? Should we send him some details now he has the bit between his teeth?
  8. Like I said on other threads, our MO is of dignified silence and appeasement. We are push overs. Too many prawn sandwiches and PC brigade in our support. We have lost our roots. Happened during the Murray era, when your average working class supporter could no longer afford the price of a season ticket. No spine and no dignity left. Most laugh their cock off at us, not just because of our demise, but because we lack a spine and that makes us undeserving of any recourse and just ignored. Our support is divided, we are currently having a civil war with the board, the mhedia demonise and ridicule us on a daily basis with recourse, so is it any wonder how we are perceived. Sad, but only we can change that by getting back to our roots, what we are all about and by growing a pair.

When paedo fc go on the attack, they don't do prisoners or remorse. They will go to any lengths to achieve their end game and to date, with resounding success. I am not suggesting that we follow suit, but there is a lesson in there.

well said, we need to harden the fuck up big time!!
  9. Of course we should!! I believe our case would hold more weight if we managed to get police Scotland involved over hmrc bbc or the sfa. Our governing body didn't just stand by a let a lot of this happen, they also stuck the boot in several times when we had no where to turn to! Even though NOTHING was proven yet! Title stripping case at our cost was the icing on the cake! Make no mistake these bastards at hampden didn't give a fuck if we survived or not, in fact they probably wanted us to fold and never reappear. 5 way agreement, license at the last minute, no pre season, registration ban, title stripping, witholding European and transfer monies, investigations at our cost,, ffs lads if your not sure if we should involve uefa get yer heads out of the sand and get into these bastards we can't let them away with it.

  10. Mccoist is acting like my mrs.

Soon as the ring is on the finger its all downhill and letting themselves go. Mrs sima guilty of puting on the beef and growing facial hair too.

Yip, once they taste wedding cake, they pull the rip cord!!!
  11. As the stadium is heritable property, Haughey is the heritable proprietor of it as his name seems to be the only one on the Land Certificate. So, in legal terms, he is the one who has a "real right" of ownership of it. I dare say that there will be back letter or contract with one of the Celtic companies regarding the stadium but that doesn't give Celtic the right of ownership of it. The true significance of this would be seen if Haughey were to become bankrupt, as the stadium would form part of his estate.

a little bit of digging on willie might put their stadium in dire straits, that's if he has any skeletons in his cupboard!!
  12. He is... He pulls the strings from his Blue Pitch Holdings bunker in the South of France with David Murray, Craig Whyte, Imran Ahmed, Napoleon, Hitler and Red Rum.

Last night they rode Golden Palomino horses together (except Red Rum, obviously) in a picturesque vineyard and later had a crazed, wine-tasting party in a paddling pool containing Twiggy, Keef Richards and a dolphin.

ha ha ha lololol fucking brilliant!!!
