We could play this in same games but taking a player out of midfield and having him play in the hole would mean we would get overrun in midfield.

When I seen hibs playing A 352 I thought the worst and the first half showed why. We were over run in midfield.

But with eustace as a holding midfielder and 2 hardworking cm's flying into tackles it will work. All this talk about a static starting 11 is irrelevant. Warbs is all about having a squad and all players will play a part

  2. Templeton's done I think. Would give McKay and Walsh a run of games out wide.

    I hope your wrong mate.

Walsh is a really good player but I don't see much end product just now, only seen him a handful of times but apart from driving at players there is no end product which McKay has.

Granted he hasn't been given time to show this I would stick with temps and McKay just now but make sure Walsh had some games as well under his belt and eased him into first team football, there is a whole season to go yet. If warns plays it right we could have a good few wide players in fine form.

  4. You can only see how good ayers are after a run of games.

With competition high for places this will get the best out of the squad as a whole. If he gets a few goals makes assists and still beats defenders I will be sold on him.

Temps for me still has an element of low confidence in his play. He's a 50/50, when he first came he left defenders for dead. Scored goals by the bucketful and made great passes sadly since he was injured and left out of the side he has never get back to that same form. I really do hope he gets a good run of games in a winning team and he faces his demons. Warbs obviously sees him performing in training but in a game in front of a crowd the fear is holding him back.

A templeton back to his best would be our best player IMO

  5. Good argument it was only 1 game. I'm not saying he made that pass to Halliday knowing he was going to stick it in the top bag. The second assist was class though. Imagine a ball fro the right wing making it into the box! ?

Judge him after a few games but I think with more ball work in training and the team gelling he will get better.

    Only time will tell

  6. I like McKay, as stated before he has good vision and made 2 good assists but I think he has something which can help players reach their potential - confidence! For the second assist he took the full back on and beat him with pace. A lack of confidence can hinder the most talented players look at temps, has the ability but his confidence is low. Tries to take on his man but either falls, makes a rash pass or gets the ball taken off him.

Mckay will prove this year he is the real deal.

Correct. To repeatedly make hostile offers in the face of repeated rejection must be seen as provocation and aggression. Does it amount to bringing the game into disrepute?

Oh ffs, clutching at straws here junky cunts

  8. Hi Everyone

This is my first post on here so please be gentle. I am over 60 now retired and am the third generation of my family to follow follow Rangers. I honestly cant remember the first game I ever went to but I remember seeing Geordie Young playing. My first game I went to on my own was October 3rd 1959 v Dunfermline and we won 4 - 1 with goals from Millar McMillan x 2 and Scott. I also cant remember my first European game but one I definitely was unfortunately at was Eintracht Frankfurt in 1960 & we were well and truly gubbed 6 - 3. I "lived" through the dark sides 9 in a row & also saw them steal the European cup against a very weakened Inter Milan, but enough about them. My favourite all time Rangers player is Jim Baxter I loved his arrogance my favourite non Rangers player is Johann Cryuff. My favourite modern Rangers player or players were Laudrup and Gascoigne. I currently sit in the Govan Rear and have been there now for over 30 years I used to stand in the old shed and then sit in the centenary stand.

The thing that has most annoyed me being a Rangers fan is the fact that under Murray we just rolled over and let the dark side plus their acolytes do and say what they wanted about us and we didn't respond. The biggest being the Billy Boys as the F word is a historical political word but alas we didn't think of that at the time.

I joined this site about 10 months ago but just didn't have the time to actually join it but now that I am retired I hopefully will have more time to contribute.

    Welcome mate,

    Get out while you can

  9. Forget about last season's performances. All the players that are still with us should be given a clean slate and judged on a their performances this season, if they get the chance. Its patently obvious we are existing in a different world now. Let's see how they adapt,
