  1. To be fair to me I've been saying this since it was announced who the new coaching team would be. If you are a player it must be like in primary school going back in after the holidays with your new pencil case and sitting in the same seat and having the same teachers and classroom assistants looking at you (albeit one has retired!) We need a wee bit of freshness.
  2. not suggesting high profile or expensive just someone with a fresh and keen eye - like macdowall obviously gave to WS and Ally.
  3. Looking forward to a fruitful season with the new guys in charge - hopefully a more attacking style of football and still winning etc. If we get off to a flyer; great, but concerned when we lose one or two games, as is bound to happen, what the reaction is from the fans and from the management team. WS didn't panic but i've just got a niggling feeling we don't have enough experience on that bench from a managerial perspective. I would like Durrant punted upstairs or back to the youths and a more experienced first team coach in there. We need someone who is maybe more objective and not so close to Ally and Kenny but could offer an alternative point of view. There are plenty of guys out there who could do a job. I think it would be a healthier triumvirate by bringing a new guy in (like we did previously with Mcdowall to support WS and Ally)
  4. "Rangers to contact" it's no even a rumour it's made up. look it's so easy anybody can do it. here's a cracker i heard. Jobby to land on moon
  5. Gazza when Homebase was Texas Homecare. I worked in the one in Dumbarton and he was in with Sheryl looking for a skateboard for one of his kids. I said to him we don't sell them in here your best bet would be going to one of the toy shops in Clydebank and he said are you mental it's crazy there! Also served Albertz who had a loyalty card!- he was mad on DIY!
  6. le guen sorry i know it said player the build up to him coming, his signing, maybe his first game then
  7. thank you WS also the first 3 in a row ( outside 9 in a row) since the 1930's i think
  8. not sure cause I've only been around for three! historians?
  9. They looked absolutely shambolic at that point. We looked like a team. I knew we would win.
  10. they were lying about the deck, we were ready for action.
  11. with Wylde, Ness, Hutton hopefully nxt season we've got a bit more going forward
  12. not bad for a team, with no money, playing in an inferior league against the league leaders of the Dutch league.
  13. Ally was showing the passion and the desire to get involved and Smiths's old head pulled him back Bit of both is ok in my books. What Ally might need next year is someone to keep him calm - but the man instinctively new what was wrong there
  14. count how many Rangers players were waiting to stick it over the line.
  15. is it all forgiven and back on track? (ignoring the masssive elephant in the room)
  16. i don't think so, it'll be a different team and approach on sunday if you are listening to his post match interview he is fxxxing raging.
  17. given the lack of subs does WS intend to play a fresh/er side on sun? HEALY BARTLEY NAISMITH ETC
  18. i remember the chat at the end of the last game. Samaras unplayable There's a difference between a defence having a bad day and wan guy getting lucky... they are starting to believe their own press... get intae them Rangers
  19. We need something new, something fresh,as we just don't look a threat. Saying that, i saw El H hanging about a few of them the other night and he looked like he fancied his chance. I think we'll get plenty on Sunday with our runners as that lot are hammer throwers i just hope we don't waste the opportunities.
