I'd suggest posting the ticket directly to the winner by Royal Mail First Class (plus proof of postage) is the easiest way to get the ticket to the winner.
Send it special delivery mate , 1st class letters can go missing with no trace, specials cant .

Difference is though the Portugese league is considered to be in the top 5 in Europe , they may lose there talented players but 9 times out of 10 the clubs get a great deal, unlike us , the Norwegians or Dutch etc.

Their fear would be that they would slip further down the pecking order if they didn't get involved.
Even if not involved, you could make the same two leagues with teams from northern Europe. Not as desirable in the first place, but it could get there.
It's all about the platform. I mean, look at England. Bournemouth can be massive given a the right platform. To a lesser scale, that could happen with smaller teams in an enlarger Atlantic system.
As I say, defo worth a go.
Yeah I'm all for it too , and it would be great if the likes of Porto , benfica etc got involved. But given that the Portuguese league is seen as 1 of the top 5, I couldn't see it.
