Only thing that might make a mark on this teflon-necked Board is if we all just vote with our feet and let them know we won't be turning up to watch this shite anymore.

Ive noticed that they arent playing their usual full on game tonight.. Orders from "Ange" or tired?
Already gassed this season. Their falling like flies as well, so many injuries because their manager destroys their players. It's like having R1 glued down on Fifa on the PlayStation.

A brainless, headless chicken? So what do you like about him?
His decision making?
His assists?
His goal scoring prowess?
It feels like he puts fear into the opposition, but I agree he's not the full rounded quality we want, let's be honest, he wouldn't be up in the SPFL if he was. IF we had a few more dynamic players like him, willing to actually go forward, it would ease the burden on him.
I'm not a Kent nuthugger - as I said, headless chicken, but I'm not going to say he's dross as a knee-jerk reaction. He's maddeningly inconsistent, but in flashes he had the beating of his man yesterday. Decision-making is off and needs support.
Anyway, it's a moot point, no doubt he's wanting to fuck off to Leeds in January for pennies knowing our luck.

Had to take some time off and come back to it today, horrendous night.
The killer here is that we weren't undone by class or skill or a technical ability above our players. It's simple things that this club is founded on, heart, grit, desire and always being up for putting it on them lot. It's a complete reversal of our attitude in the 90s. Our current crop, even for years, just don't get it.
As a few Bears have said on here, losing is like a death in the family, but you can understand that it happens. But it's the sheer lack of passion. The lack of understanding about what this club is and what it means to thousands. The ramifications for us that need to interact with that lot during the week in work and not bleeding for the shirt.
I like Kent as a player, but he's a headless chicken with no footballing brain. Gum the game up, pretend to take the throw in, stand in front of Macgregor's free kick for the second, even I know that and I've played sunday football/5s and 7s. never mind a professional footballer who has spent pretty much every day of his life training and playing the game.
And I like a moany player, it shows they care, but all Goldson and Tav ever do is bitch and whine at each other instead of one growing a pair and accepting responsibility.
I watched our players' reactions again this morning after each goal - there's no communication, no desire, no hurt. Davies for example just turns away from the goalie after pointing for the fourth and starts to roll up his socks. Empty jerseys and no passion, that's our problem - it's not ability. Too many happy to take up a wage and coast.
Rant over.

Back and forth? You having a laugh? We were on our backs and the filth spread forth our legs, we did fuck all about it.

Manager gone is a good start
Not saying no, but who do we get instead? Rather get it sorted before we get too deep into the season.

Maybe if they had some spirits of the alcohol variety in them, we would get some Dutch courage! 😏
Trying to see any positives but fuck sake, what can you do when you're giving them the ball to go one on one.

Not wanting to post with the blue specs on, but at least we're showing a bit of spirit here second half. They are looking gassed and it should show our boys that there's a lot of hype about them. Difference has been concentration on three dead balls.

Just now, K.A.I said:
The old started from scratch in division 3 excuse like it’s relevant and excuses days like yesterday
no it doesn't excuse yesterday, I was as angry as anyone here. We shouldn't be losing to a team of cluggers like that. But big picture, has there been an improvement since last season and MW's halcyon days? IT's plain to see we have a better squad, once the new bodies bed in, I think we'll walk away with second and can then look to taking down those smug junkies.

I love when older fans come away with the shite "I was around in the 80's and nothing is as bad as we were then", obviously choosing to entirely ignore the fact we were in the 3rd division in the past 6 years
Bit of a cunt aren't you?
Who is ignoring anything you gobshite? I said that people are forgetting that we started from scratch in the 3rd division. Anyway, yeah, we were in the 3rd division, but I defy you to say that working our way up after the rest of Scottish football screwed us over wasn't some of the greatest and cathartic moments in our recent history. There was a feelgood factor about the club and we were like a big family.
Have to be realistic and appreciate that we are constrained by the parameters we have - no finance, no magic money man, a poor playing squad that PC inherited and an adaptation to new methods. If this takes us half a season to get into gear but we then look like we're ready to start building upwards then I'm all for it.
Still think you're a cunt but.

I actually really like Pedro, it's plain to see that he has been bitten by the bug and now really feels it like we do. I've seen the hard times in the early 80s and I've seen garbage. Genuinely believe that there is progression. I am the first to say that there is not enough progression. We, as we rightly should, have become accustomed to winning as a club and to have that long ingrained mentality constantly picked away at is soul destroying at times.
We need to step back and take a look at the bigger picture though. After SDM/ Scottish football screwed us, we had literally nothing. We have had to essentially start again from scratch. Yes we had a wonderful stadium and training facilities, but apart from that we had to get in players that were not Rangers quality. So it has taken time, and I'm afraid it will take more time.
We're not competing on an even playing field, surely to fuck anyone watching that assault on our lads yesterday could see that. celtic are currently the dominant team, and it WILL sting if they get 10, but their time at the top will come to an end, people will start to come in for their players and strip them out (personally I think most are overrated but with the money around these days you have to be realistic). In the meantime, we need to continue to grow, even if it is incrementally, as we have been doing.
Remember, it took us two years to get out of the Championship ffs. I'm willing to give Pedro a chance until the end of the season - we need to secure 2nd and be challenging for the Scottish Cup. With a full season behind them, I can see no reason we can't make the Europa League group stages. That's when our curve should start to accelerate upwards. I'm generally not a patient man, but as long as I see solid foundations being put in place, I'll (reluctantly) allow a bit more time. Let that other mob jump about like the classless morons they are and let's concentrate on ourselves.

He's decent but I think that he is massively overrated. Would he get into our team - honestly, Candeias is really impressing me, quality delivery consistently.

I also believe it was tad unlucky:
1. Progreś game too early in my opinion, although I'm not making up excuses for players that should've showed better quality and finished them.
2. In my honest opinion we were robbed rotten against Hibs, cheated is an understatement and I've no doubt in my mind if 11 players were on the pitch Rangers would've won that game, every belief in that. Difference is, Hibs played wide open, Hearts didn't.
3. Hearts at home was the first game our new team has faced where they've sat in against us, hopefully that was just a learning curve for our new team to be better prepared for that next time. I cannot make up excuses though that the team should've been more direct, but overall the team looked good, just the final 3rd that is lacking. Let's not forget the unfortunate decision made by poor referee decision to chop that goal off as offside, stupid ruling in my opinion.
So whilst I see that there are flaws, I'm optimistic of the direction Rangers are going in, in other words we're a much improved side, it's now a case of getting the team to score goals in those matches.I'm inclined to agree with this and give it a few more games before assuming the worst. Progres was garbage but we had a whole new squad and a lot of turnover/turmoil. Not one to keep looking elsewhere but what was that 5-0 they got pumped or something in Strachan's first game and then Pope Brendan's magnificent invicibly ultra amazing side lost to the Red Devils, sorry, imps.
Hibs was a 10 man effort and even then we only lost by a deflected goal and Hearts, as I've touched upon elsewhere, it was park the bus and pray tactics from Jon Daly. What we need to do is show we have a plan to get through this because we'll be facing it every fortnight.

Spot on mate, it's all about the service that counts, given if there's good service put into the box it's down to the strikers to take advantage of that. Like Hardie's chance against Hearts there, although unlucky our strikers need to take advantage of any good service played into them. Big Herrera is yet to be proven he was unlucky against Motherwell, few occasions he was in the box in the right position, just didn't get the service.
Yeah man, I'm hopeful that he can do that for us. I don't particularly think we need a roberts style wee guy who goes down at the slightest bit of contact and constantly turns in field. I think he is massively overrated anyway, but the way PC has us set up, our wingers are not inside forwards, they are wingers. Get the chalk on the boots, beat your man and put some quality service into the middle.

I'm torn with PEdro. I want to like him and I bought into his tactical analysis about high press and transition moments etc, but I am struggling to see how he can implement all this stuff. Don't get me wrong, it sounds absolutely cracking and when I'm playing FM I feel like a genius doing some of that shit, but I don't think it translates to 'fitba', the way that we have to play against the neanderthals up here. I reckon he'd do well in a la liga type of setting, but I think he's going to have to adapt very quickly. Truth is, no matter what we're currently playing like, teams will come to Ibrox and park the bus. It's always been like that. Pedro has maybe not had to deal with such negativity, like the HEarts display on Saturday, before in Mexico or Portugal. I was hopeful rather than expectant before the season started, so I'm willing to cut him some slack, at least until around December. If it doesn't work out by then, hopefully he'll do the honourable thing and go.

Maybe, just maybe, being away in some English backwater might be the smelling salts wee Hazza needs to wake up and realise that an opportunity at a club like the Rangers only comes once in a lifetime. Usually when players are loaned out they tend not to come back, but there is hope he could realise his potential. Forgive me for the example, but just look over at the enemy and see Tom Rogic. Guy was out on loan, couldn't get a game and was subbed after 50/60 minutes every game. Now he's one of their key players. Come on wee man, time to realise what you've still got as a chance.
-
I agree, we need to be getting him some game time, he can't be any worse than the performances we've seen up top recently, only Morelos has looked sharpish.
-
I'm glad we've realised that we don't have enough out wide at present. I like the early look of Candeias, he really seems to caress the ball at times when putting it in, if we get this wee guy or another on the opposite side then at least Herrera will be getting some service, problem with big Joey Garner last year (to an extent) was that he wasn't getting quality to work with. He was a bit mince as well, but it didn't help for sure.
