You take over at ibrox - you start from scratch with every player transfer listed - you can keep them if you want, or sell them - your call! You also need staff - manager & assistant... It also has to be realistic - anybody could put down potentually the best team in the world but realiity it will not happen ie ronaldo wont come to ibrox SO waht is your 25 strong team and out of that, YOUR (not your manager) starting 11.
