ianwrsc 23 Posted November 24, 2009 Share Posted November 24, 2009 Westwood Rangers Supporters Club are pleased to announce the date for the 2nd William "Winkie" Memorial Quiz Night. The Quiz night will take place on Friday 4th December in the Murray Hall East Kilbride, The hall can be found on the Murray Road directly across from the Murray Pub and Murray Square shopping centre. 7pm for a 7:45 start. This is the 2nd year of the quiz and is in memory of 1 of our members who sadly passed a few years ago. The night was very well supported last year and were hoping for a good turnout again this year. The quiz is football related and consists of 5 rounds (English/Scottish/European and World Cup questions). Cash Prizes for 1st and 2nd places.Winners will recieve William " Winkie" Memorial shield which they get to keep for a year and will be engraved with your club or team name, they also get smaller keep sake winners trophies, as do runners up. We are looking for teams of 4, and it's £10 entry per team. The hall is also licensed so there will be a bar on the night. If you are interested in entering a team. please pm myself.
