Paper Thin Squad

With Smith and Boyd injured and Burke too, it shows just how thin this squad is.

We NEED some more cover and quality too.

Ah that old word quality keeps creeping up and it was Murray who said we would only sign quality 18 months ago but he is not prepared to cough up for quality.

It looks as if we have to put out trust in PLG for signings but if he signs duds again what action will Mr Devious take and who is consulting PLG before he signs new names

I've been greeting for ages about the lack of cover at left back. Murray is out of the picture these days and the only alternative is the atrocious (at left back) Papac.

We have to bring in someone or this Smith problem is going to keep dogging us.

As for Boyd being injured; well, we did pretty well against Hibs and Aberdeen without him. Sure, we missed a few v the tims, but he misses plenty too.

Lastly Burke can go b*gger himself as far as I'm concerned. He's made his own bed and he can lie in it.

Sionko showed today that Burke is no miss.

We need to spend money. We have reduce our debt so should surely be in a position to spend a couple of million. We look like we should get 2nd place but we need to spend some money to make sure we do. IMO our failure to spend money last jan cost us 2nd place and at least ?10m in the champions league. This cannot happen again.
