Guest
Club captain David Weir gave an interview to the press yesterday where he was asked about the returning keeper Neil Alexander, who comes in to cover for the banned Allan McGregor and one of the SPL's most form players, Steven Naismith. When asked if Alexander would be a capable replacement for McGregor, Weir put absolute faith in Alexander, "Neil trains hard every day and shows what he's capable of.""He's played around 40 games for Rangers, so it's not someone who's untested. I'm sure he'd like to play more often, but Allan's form dictates that. It doesn't really change anything."View the full article
