Rangers given liscence to complete in SPL next season

Recommended Posts

As we are not in the situation (at the moment) of being a newco/liquidated, is there any reason we would not have a lisence?

Yes, one of the requirements is that we have audited accounts. We don't.

I'm struggling to understand this <cr>

Are they saying you need a licence to compete in the SPL, however they are also saying there is nothing in their rule books to say you can't compete if you don't have a licence ??

“It is not a requirement of the SPL for members to be in possession of a licence from the SFA,” but we could have been banned from League Cup and Scottish Cup, for not having one.
