Jonok 1,245
What happens if Lord Hodge finds Duff&Phelps had a conflict of interest In the Rangers administration event? CW says they were conflicted and if he can prove it where does that leave us. I hate asking this question as we have been through enough but its a worry. Sea Bear 285
Believe D&P have already come out refuting the allegation, as well as stating the criminal investigation instigated against him for missing monies.

It won't affect Rangers in the slightest. As for Duff & Phelps, who cares. Nothing to do with us.
Non_Sucumbi 876
Duff&Phelps can refute all they want , Lord Hodge decides if they're conflicted or not.Hodge stated he wanted the report prior to liquidation. BDO appear on track to expedite the liquidation. You therefore have to assume that he, Hodge, has received the report. Seems very quiet ---- is he busy or did he not find a 'smoking gun'?The Insolvency Practitioners association were also due to look into the matter --- again they too are quiet,So despite the best efforts of some bloggers -- perhaps there is no conflict of interest --- that may see a few taig legal bloggers heading for the bridge known as Erskine. harry handsome 629
Remember the courts approved D&P as did HMRC, so at that time they had no reason to suspect anything, however things have changed significantly since then. I think there is a very good chance that we will see this all unravel in court.
