Clarificaton of where we now stand re accusations and subsequent punishments..

The events of past 12 months have been complex and at times difficult to understand, so I would like to ask a big favour of those who are more business and/or legally knowledgable than me.

Can anyone write up a tabulated and organised list (and also advise where necessary) on

A. Apparent and real crimes we were accused of.

B. Our actual punishment for each of these apparent or real crimes.

C. Any appeals or justifications we can still make against A and/or B.

D. What actions we can now take over unjustified or illegal claims and subsequent punishments.

E. What actions can still be taken against us.

Important thing is to keep it concise and accurate and unbiased. I think I am far too biased to do it properly

I hope the clubs legal advisors are already working to a similar agenda.
