I also have a sneeking suspicion that Fleck or Furman may get a chance at the weekend as another attempt to appease the fans! To be fair on this occassion Frankie, the only reason he released the plans was because the media got wind ofthem and he wanted the club to report it first. There wasn't enough time for him to put any real thought into a public announcement and it therefore gave us all a false hope of it being imminent. That is a fair point. Murray has shown little signs of being the kind of business visionary that people would want to invest in. If he had denied that there was such plans the supporters would have accused him of a lack of amition anyway. But, yes, he should have commented again on the issue like he promised.
