We are lucky to have Craig Mulholland, he’s worked his way up starting pretty much from the bottom of the academy years ago.

He knows exactly what he’s doing, we might not see the real benefit from it for another 2 or 3 years though.

 

Pretty sure he turned down the head of youth role at Southampton a few years ago to stay at Rangers.
