  1. I cannot be certain. It's not the same one I normally use. Which has been nigh-on 100% so far with things. But it is still a very interesting one. So what you are really saying Danny is that you are posting something which you do not believe in yourself, yet you expect others to sit and argue whether it's true or not. One question sir Why bother?
  2. If the rumours are true and Murray was planning to sell the club then I think that he went about it totally oblivious to certain facts. 1. No-one would want to buy a club that has had no real investment in the playing squad. ...and as a result of which.. 2. No-one would want to buy a team that is struggling in a poor league. ..and following this.. 3. No-one wants to invest in a club where the manager can easily decide to get rid of the best player in the country and imagine that no-one would care. Time to stand up and be counted Sir David.
  3. "no idea of what it takes to win" I could take that if it was a German or an American, but from a Frenchman?
  4. I suppose the Murray approach to running Rangers these days could best be described as low cost and so it perhaps makes sense to avoid the large outlay required to get rid of PLG and his team, as well pocketing a fee for Ferguson. The problem is if we do this, and replace Barry with a few more PLG buys this month, we won't qualify for the Champions League and the club continues to decline as septic get stronger. We have to hope that Murray sees sense and decides whether he wants a proven footballer or a dodgy manager, that he might have to sack in a few weeks.
  5. to me ferguson is Rangers out of thwe whole squad he is the one who gives the most and runs himself into the ground/playing with injuries in ourcurrent squad, as i have said in an earlier post i belive he feel PLG doesnt have a clue and as a CAPTAIN barry is trying to rally the troops, but PLG is sofar up his own arse he cant see thats how it works. Agreed
  6. Ok, You've got to understand, Barry is in the wrong and due to this, it is unlikely he will play for Rangers again. Sending him out on loan, does not benefit Rangers Football Club. PLG will not be sacked in the summer, PLG will be at Rangers for a while and will win over the fans who dislike him. So Barry is in the wrong? Where did you get this? Once again you talk pish. PLG will not leave in the summer....and you know this how? ...and will win over the fans who dislike him. Get real. FFS
  7. Where do you get this crap? Parkhead? For a Gers fan you seem to have a very strange view of a guy who was deemed good enough to captain his team and his country. Disgruntled Bear? What the feck does that mean exactly? Are you never happy with Rangers?
  8. If, what I suggested above, happened to be true, why would BF feel guilty and eat humble pie?
  9. I haven't and it's most disconcerting. I normally love to while away the hours thinking terrible things about them, and then one of the papers reports that Neil Lennon is backing Barry. I'm lost now. (hic) Anyone else noticed this strange phenomenon.
  10. Possibly the only scenario left for Murray. Good post.
  11. I can't help feel that you are not exactly what you claim to be.
  12. Oh great, he's back. The only bear I know who sounds permanently annoyed with Rangers.
  13. Paul Le Guen becomes the manager of Rangers, with absolutely no idea of Scottish football or Scottish Culture. He trains his new team in South Africa and Scotland for several weeks and then the club captain regains the fitness to train with the team. He hears the captain shouting and moaning at them during training sessions and thinks "Hang on, this is my team, not his". This obviously goes against his idea of how things should be and decides that Barry could be a problem. Now, in Scotland, most football captains have quite an abrasive vocabulary and on hearing much of this obviously decides that Barry Ferguson is less than a gentleman. This would explain his reaction to several questions by the media. During the course of the season he now believes that Barry is trying to take over the team, without realising that, in Scotland, a captain of a football side is an important position and that the person holding that position will do anything he can to motivate the team. He decides to discredit his captain by suggesting that a captain's role is not important to him and that he has discussed this with Barry. Barry, genuinely shocked at this information (As related to him by a journalist) says that as far as he is concerned, this is all news to him. The manager, now found out (At least by his captain) to be lying to the press decides to get rid of him. Anyone?
  14. Sanity? Are you crazy?
  15. Ahhh, That explains it. I'm using Glen's Vodka as a main fuel and Budweiser as a lubricant.
  16. If he was trying to do the best for the club, he would not have punted Bardsley, he would not have tried to sell McGregor, he would not have dropped ferguson, he would have not dropped Boyd repeatedly, he would have signed up Burke by now, he would not persdist with Sebo, he would not continue with Svensson and Hemdani at the back, he would not consider Papac a starting XI player, he would not have pumped out Rodriguez, he wouyld not have contiued to try and play ONE forward for so long earlier this season. I challenge ANYONE to defend and explain ANY of his decesions I have mentioned above Good post mate. But apart from that, what are you drinking? (he wouyld not have contiued ) I talk like that when I'm pished.

  20. Now, hit me with a banana and call me Albert, but that sounds like an almost embarrassing contradiction compared with his previous comments. Now he's saying a captain IS important, and has to set a good example. With a man like this as our manager, comments like this and apparent 2-facedness seem to completely undermine his own credibility. Thoughts? lol I think even PLG will be embarrassed by his statement. Maybe it sounds different in French.
  21. Dig, dig, dig What is your problem? Ok Gavin Rae played as captain today. He was still average at best. Did Barry Ferguson steal your marbles at school or something? You just wont let up on him will you?
